An evening with Nigel Benn Southampton Nov 29th. With photo package I arrived at the venue to be told they had no event planned there and did not know anything about. I had no emails sent to me to say it was cancelled having booked it in April 24. No refund back. Disgusting way to treat genuine fans. Now all links and website are unobtainable. Don't give them you're money !!!

I have had an event booked for a Nigel Benn meet and greet in Southampton. I've received my tickets Via tickettailor.com but the event has now been cancelled. I've messaged asking for a refund with no response and the Facebook page and website are not accessible. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!

Be careful people. I booked 5 tickets costing £325 to go and see Nigel Benn in Southampton on the 29th November. The event was cancelled and I was told I'd get a refund between 7 and 14 days. It's now been longer than that and I am now being ignored. So I have now taken it further. Dodgy

I brought 2 expensive tickets for an event 2 months ago and still haven’t received my tickets…
I’ve sent numerous emails but still haven’t received my tickets or any help with how and when I will receive them..
I am getting ignored!
Their loss as they could have had a very big group booking through my friends but now they will not bother!
Stay away from rip off company..

Purchased a Carl Weather signed boxing glove off their website at the end of January and still haven’t received it. Tried on a number of times to contact them and got no response.

Be careful when you use them to buy memorabilia. It seems that I’ve been scammed by this company.

I won’t be using them in the future for any future purchases and be careful as a customer.

We had an amazing night, in Birmingham organised well and John Terry was great. I do think the price is a bit much and not worth it as the people who paid general public got the same as us paying gold. But the over all event was enjoyable

Purchase signed shirts from these guys and been superb. Also been to meet and greets and shared a table with John Terry. Superb company.

I attended the John Terry night in London on November 18th. We arrived about 30 minutes before the 18:15 start for gold ticket holders, and were advised to have a drink at the bar and come back at 18:15. On doing so, we were greeted with a packed crowd on the stairs to go down for the photos, no idea who was a gold ticket holder and who wasn't, and were were then moved to another entrance and the hallway into the event was absolutely packed and very hot! We could see everyone taking selfies with JT and having a chat, but by time it got to us we were told no photos with our own phones and didn't even have time for the briefest of chats with him as the even was running late. We then got to take our 'priority' seat, supposedly near the front, but as there were 4 of us, we could only get seats together right at the back, and couldn't even see JT for the whole night! There were two huge screens, not working, which they could have had turned on, so those at the back could see, or they could have had him sitting on a raised stage area, so everyone could have seen. The collection for photos was just chaotic, which summed up the organisation overall. A fantastic event and a great insight into the career of John Terry, but Knockout Memorabilia clearly underestimated the size of the audience, the access to the photo area was dangerously overcrowded and the seating should have been allocated, not just a free for all, as there were undoubtably people who had paid £30 a ticket that were sitting closer to the stage than those of us that had paid over £100 a ticket. I will say the photos we did receive were of good quality but unfortunately some I am having to get printed myself off the Facebook page, as they were not available on the night due to printing issues, so this is at an additional cost to me, when I would expect Knockout to post them to me but they are not responding to my e-mails

I went to a London event with John terry, it was very well organised, got to have a photo with John terry, which I got by the end if the event, well worth it, I would highly recommend knock out memorabilia and event to everyone

Amazing night at the John Terry event in Bournemouth. Really well organised whole team were really helpful along with the staff at the venue.

Shocking experience at John Terry event. Paid a premium for the supposed ‘gold package’, but this represented a complete waste of money. There was no organisation to the event at all, we queued for hours and left before the end, owing to a poor view, despite being promised ‘priority seating’. Avoid at all costs.

Knockout events have genuinely provided the worst ran event I have ever attended. It was absolute shambles from top to bottom. From the moment we arrived it was absolute chaos. There was no signage to say where we needed to go. It wasn’t clear who worked for the company to ask for help. There was no organisation whilst queueing to meet John Terry. People were queuing all different ways and even up the stairs, which in itself is dangerous. We paid for the “gold package” which was supposed to be seating towards the front. We ended up sitting in the back row as these were the only two seats left together. Part of the gold package was a printed photo. Which we never received!! The printers ran off toner, we queued for over and hour and a half for a photo that never came. In the end we had to leave to catch our train. People who had paid just general admission ended up having selfies with John Terry. I feel extremely frustrated and annoyed that we paid for the “ gold” package and didn’t receive what we paid for and certainly didn’t receive a gold standard experience. People who paid for general admission got more than we did. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I will never attend another one of your events.

Had a great night at the John Terry Basingstoke event. A very busy night but very well organised.
The printer went down so their was a problem with getting your photographs but they called everyone individually the following day and explained the situation. Photos were then put on line and sent out in the post if requested. The situation was brilliantly recovered through hard work and great customer service

What an amazing evening we had! The company we used were very efficient and the staff were brilliant. Would definitely recommend this company due to my experience being made very easy, overall a fantastic night for all!

So I took my partner for this particular experience as a surprise and its safe to say he was not disappointed!
The staff went above and beyond to make sure we was comfortable and happy.
Meeting John Terry himself was great, the value for money was insane. The pictures are to an outstanding quality and I will 1000% be recommending this company to my friends and family and using you guys again in the future. Thank you so much for helping to
make my partners birthday so special!!
