I ordered on May 30 & was told 5 to 9 days for shipping. My event is now past, almost 60 days later & still nothing. I have emailed them numerous times, messaged them & have only received one response that was not beneficial at all. They suck!!!!! Terrible company, don't waste your money or time on them!!

Just DON’T…

I advised a client to purchase needed items from this site for her winter wedding. She purchased the wine bottles bundled with the lighted cork stoppers, at my suggestion. The bottles arrived with no lights or corks. The bride reached out to the company several times with zero response. As an event planner, I will NEVER recommend this site to another bride.

Very slow service and NO Response!

I ordered 2 items from this company over a month ago, and I have yet to receive my items. As well, I have messaged them and they have yet to respond!!! Very poor customer service and very slow service.

DO NOT ORDER from this site

DO NOT ORDER from this site. NO customer service, the chat function is a BOT. The yahoo email address is a joke. Never will you get a response. I called my credit card to dispute charges.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I placed an order on August 29 for a Wedding Event on October 22nd. Shipping states items would arrive in 4-9 days. Tried reaching out and company does not have a phone number only CHAT function. They refused to give me a number to speak to a customer service representative to help me with my order. Virtual chatter assured me order would reach me in time on OCT 9th. Now they will not answer my CHAT as they have flagged my order, so I'm left hanging without resolution. DO NOT ORDER FROM this COMPANY. Horrible customer service. They charged my card immediately and I'm out $150.00. Order Number 49856.

I ordered a lot of merchandise from…

I ordered a lot of merchandise from this company.. They had no problem charging my card right away. But its been 6 months and I have not received my order, nor have they answered the numerous emails I have sent inquiring about my purchase. Do not order from this company!

Horrible Customer Service!

I ordered items for an event on July 24th and paid for expedited 1 - 3 day shipping. My order shipped on July 13th. I emailed the company twice, because there is no phone number, because my event date was approaching and I hadn’t received my order. When they finally responded, they blamed FedEx! It wasn’t FedEx’s fault! This company charged me for expedited shipping but shipped my order ECONOMY GROUND! And there was an issue with the label/bar code, per FedEx. I have not heard back from anyone, since I informed them it was their error NOT FedEx’s. My item did not arrive in time for my event! I still haven’t received it to date. Horrible customer service and who knows when I’ll receive this order that is useless to me now. Trust me, it’ll be returned and I better receive a FULL REFUND! Don’t trust a company that doesn’t provide a phone number!
