We reached out to Knowband in search of a Magento mobile app as we had moved to Magento 2.4. This app was very complex as it had a few preinstalled extensions and the same app was working for both B2B and B2C customers. After the team understood our needs they took some time to send us a working app after which we had a lot of errors which got resolved in a few weeks. Over all the experience was very good with the entire team. Overall, the cherry on the cake is Mr. Manish and Mr. Hani, who made such a complex app a piece of cake. Kudos to the entire Knowband team.

I want to share my experience, I bought a module and had a problem with the installation, after some discussions they successfully helped me solve it and install everything on the site. They are always polite and always try to solve the problem.

It has been a frankly frustrating experience, initially the application met the expectations, but as we have been asking for modifications have started problems, version changes have disappeared changes that had already been paid for and developed, now for any change (as they have already kidnapped you) the same changes that were paid for previously have to be paid for again with more expensive costs.
Their excuse is that there is a technological change and it has to be reprogrammed (for which they have to pay again).
I recommend future customers to keep this experience in mind.

I bought a module for Prestashop (SuperCheckOut) and found that basic things don't work (Prestashop Checkout). After a few days of empty platitudes, they realized that even though I have paid support and it should work basically, they would fix the thing for an additional fee. They refused to refund the money, in short, wasted time and money, I will never buy anything from them again, I recommend this to you as well, so that they don't cheat you too.

Despite multiple payments for development services, their conduct has been untrustworthy, and I caution against placing trust in their practices… don’t trust them as they try to cheat you while deleting your features and asking for more money… be careful

I purchased the Etsy-Prestashop module in 2022, expecting a smooth integration between my Prestashop and Etsy. However, the experience has been highly problematic:

Incompatibility Issue: The module was incompatible with Etsy's API V3, making it unusable for its intended purpose.
Non-Functional Since Purchase: The module never functioned properly from the time of purchase, severely impacting my business operations.
Delayed Support and Updates: The response to these issues was slow and insufficient, with limited communication on progress.
Extra Costs for Updates: I was asked to pay for an updated version, despite the original module never working as advertised.

This situation resulted in significant business disruption and financial loss, making my experience with this module extremely unsatisfactory.

Solo me piden que les pague 650€ para que puedan solventar lo de la actualización, cuando la app costo mucho menos.

En resumen, no recomendaría en absoluto la compra de la aplicación "Prestashop Mobile App Builder" de Knowband. La falta de actualizaciones independientes, los problemas con el soporte técnico y la falta de respuesta a los tickets son razones más que suficientes para buscar alternativas en lugar de invertir en esta aplicación. Personalmente, no volveré a comprar ningún tipo de módulo de esta tienda y aconsejo a otros usuarios que hagan lo mismo.

My experience with the developers of the Knowband application, specifically their product "Prestashop Mobile App Builder," has been extremely disappointing. I want to share my negative review to warn other users about the issues I have faced.

The main problem I have encountered with this application is its dependence on the developers for updates. When a major Android update occurs, the only option is to turn to Knowband to get the necessary update. This creates a sense of vulnerability and dependence that should not be necessary in an application of this kind.

Furthermore, Knowband's customer support has proven to be inefficient and costly. Every time I had an issue or needed assistance, I submitted multiple support tickets. However, instead of receiving helpful and timely responses, I found that they charge me different amounts each time. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency on the part of the company. "They are asking for 650€ just to resolve the update issue, when the app originally cost much less."

The final blow to my patience has been the lack of response from the customer support. After submitting a ticket, I have not received any response or a solution to my problem, demonstrating a total lack of commitment to their customers.

In summary, I would not recommend purchasing the "Prestashop Mobile App Builder" application from Knowband at all. The lack of independent updates, issues with customer support, and the lack of response to tickets are more than enough reasons to seek alternatives rather than investing in this application. Personally, I will not purchase any modules from this store again, and I advise other users to do the same.

Absolutely useless. Avoid avoid avoid. Costing us money by taking our site down without any consultation or warning. No concept of customer care or indeed any thought whatsoever. Never use them again.

The team helped in uploading both apps. Also custom adjustment made. However the source code were not given but it's 👍 the app is good and have lots easy option

Don't buy from this Company, module not works, they ignore messages, emails and of course you never get money back, don't waste your time.

We ordered a service, they said they will deliver in 3 weeks. Now 5 months has gone by, they ignore calls, they ignore messages, they never reply and ofcourse they never fix the issue.
We paid them 500 USD upront - no solution nor communication.
Run away from them!

I warn against purchasing modules for PrestaShop from this company. The company refuses to issue a refund despite meeting both legal requirements and their own return policy. Furthermore, they confirmed through chat and support that the problem cannot be solved in any other way (shipping methods), even though the demo module did not allow for testing shipping. I asked about this on the chat and was given a correct answer, but tests on my own website turned out to be completely different. I have now reported the matter to PayPal and consumer protection institutions.
If someone has any doubts - I will gladly describe the problem in detail along with posting screenshots.
