Excellent customer service!
I initially had some sizing issues with my order - the items ran smaller than expected based on the size guide. However, I was really impressed by how quickly and helpfully the customer service team responded when I reached out. They were understanding and made the process completely stress-free.
I've now ordered the correct sizes and I'm excited to receive them! While the sizing hiccup was disappointing at first, the excellent customer care has actually left me with a very positive impression of the brand. Looking forward to trying my new KnowledgeCotton pieces!

Scamers! Do not order from Switzerland!
I ordered through their Swiss online shop.
Prices are inflated compared to ordering from EU - I could accept that. But what happened next is that I received an invoice from UPS for import taxes and handling of CHF 37 (!) (for a total order of CHF 120) even though they claim free shipping and pretend to be a Swiss shop.
This is behaviour is not acceptable, I am disappointed from a shop that claims they are "fair".
Will report to the Ombudsman.

Amazing organic products
I like everything about the brand. Their approach, their commitment, their logo, the quality of their products and how simply are but how nice they look at the same time. I have searched for organic clothes for a long time but did not find great looking products at the same time. As a minimalist I have exchanged nearly my entire wardrobe with products from Knowledge Cotton Apparel and now have less stuff but of high quality. I am just happy with it :)
Bought a caught
Bought a caught, €300, 2 years later it got marks everywhere and wasn’t looking good anymore.
(Yes I respected the washing conditions)
Not upholding their part of the agreement
I reached out to their customer service to ask what possibilities I had with my jacket with a broken zipper. I were clear from the very first conversation that it were a jacket I got as a gift and that I couldn't find the particular model on their website.
They said that they offered a service, that I could get a professional tailor to replace the zipper and send them the invoice from the tailor.
I find this a very nice service to offer and a very sustainable approach!
However, they now refuse to reimburse the tailor, but are now instead offering a coupon code to their website.
Their clothes is fine, but their customer service is living in a completely different reality. How is it OK to make an agreement and then change the conditions after I put my own money out?

Ordered pants 36 x 34 which is the size my husband always wears. Washed pants on wool wash, 30C and line dried, inside leg measured 30 inches after wash. Provided photos to customer service but the only solution for a useless item was a discount code to use on a future order, I will not be ordering from a company who do not take customer service seriously. I was not requested to return the pants to have my complaint investigated.
Beware of ordering from their own online store
Good quality products, but I would not recommend ordering from their own online store. I ordered a product from their website that was shown to be available. Also received email confirmation about successful order. Almost one week later I though that the product would be arriving soon, but instead got an automatic message that order has been cancelled There was no further explanation, so I needed to ask what that means by myself. I received an answer that they just do not have the product anymore. I asked if they could send me different color of the same product with the same discounted price I had paid for the original product, but that was not possible. If this is not intentional way to attract consumers to store with "discounted" products that are not actually available and not even meant to be sent to the buyer, then the company should have at least delivered the similar product with the same terms they have marketed.
