Great instructors, with a lot of experience in real life, not just theory. This makes the lectures and the information presented much more understandable, more personal.

Horrible customer service.
The were quick to respond before I paid, but once the payment was made, they never reply to my inquiries. I called, left messages and sent tons of emails, but I got ZERO reply from them for about 2 weeks. It’s really frustrating. Think twice before buying their courses.

I was advised to pay additional shipping costs before they can send my Certificate of which I did pay the shipping costs, so I don't understand why additional costs in which I was never advised right from the start..

Clear, well-structured course.

What bothers me is that it was not clear how to access the additional information available in the learning process. Because in the lecture, the lecturer says that there is additional PDF material available, but I had problems finding it. I am very grateful for the quality of the lectures, I would recommend an additional subtitle tape for the video lectures.

Absolute joke of a provider. Will not supply the PDF certificate despite payment being made for it. They do not respond to emails or their online chat feature. Have sent several emails and attempted to speak using the online chat for the last week and had no response. If you try to call them by phone they send you to a voicemail every time. They are a scam and I will be contacting my bank for a refund.

It's a wonderful 3-minute learning of Spanish that packs a punch! In just a few minutes a day, I can start building a foundation in Spanish. It's a manageable way to fit language learning into my busy schedule.

I have bought 6 courses, however, I haven’t started learning yet. It’s so very frustrating to not be able to log in twice now and be locked out. Yes I am using the correct username and password.
Has anyone else had this issue?????

I recently subscribed to the Digital Photography for beginners wanting to be able to understand and utilise the seemingly complicated functionality of a well specked Digital Camera. This course contains an amazing amount of detail, very well explained and is delivered at a comfortable pace, building on the camera functionality options as the course progresses. I would recommend this course to anyone who is either new to digital cameras but also an existing user who wants to expand their knowledge in order to obtain significantly better pictures including special effects. The pace and easy delivery of each subject was exactly what I was looking for.
