I am having a great experience with Knownwell. The providers are very knowledgeable and practical, and genuinely interested in a positive outcome for me. The administrative staff have been very helpful in hiring ironing out any issues with insurance and pharmacies. I love the fact that I can easily communicate with my team and schedule appointments online - very different from the usual drill with a doctor’s office. With Knowwell there are no long waits on the phone, no long waits for appointments and no being asked to show up early just to wait in the office, LOL! Excellent!

Personable, detailed care. My clinician Amy is attentive and professional while maintaining an inspiring attitude. I wish my primary care doctors had the same disposition and mindset.

Knownwell's billing department is a disaster. I was told multiple times that they were in the process of being contracted with BCBS Anthem and I would be charged as in Network. Now I am getting charged $1100 for my first 2 visits. I can't seem to talk to anyone actually in the billing department so who knows if they getting the multiple messages I have left with customer service.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is that my provider is very good.

Compared to dealing with WW it was a dream come true. WW made everything so difficult & took up to 10 days to respond. I wish I would have found you sooner & left WW a long time ago.

My experience was too tier! Samantha was very transparent with the way she explained my care plan and super knowledgeable!

My health and weight has improved immensely since I started with Knownwell. I’ve lost 60 of the 70 pounds I want to lose. All my body index numbers are very improved. I recommend this group to anyone serious about getting healthy.

I had Ms.Tiffany Payne. She listened to every issue I said I had and gave her opinion without being harsh. I greatly appreciated that as I have been struggling with weightloss. Also, I missed my appointment by 9 minutes and they called me to reschedule. I thought that was. Oil because some doctors would have just charged you. She was very thorough about how the process works and how the meds work. I met her virtually but I can’t wait to go in office. The location is not that far from where I live so that’s a win. The over all experience was a 10/10!!

Samantha is an amazing provider, I have had her for a while now, she gives you options and doesn't push things or tell you this is your only option and is willing to listen to why something isn't going to be in your ability.

I highly recommend Jeanine to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and supportive doctor. I felt truly heard and supported during our meeting, and I appreciated how knowledgeable and resourceful she was. I look forward to having Jeanine guide and support me throughout my journey.

The staff is supportive,helpful and informative without being judgmental. Jessica Voit has been trying to get my insurance to cover the medication without success at this point, but at least she tried. I will continue with the program despite not being covered with by insurance and being quite expensive because it seems to be working. I have battled my weight for 40 years unsuccessfully so I will recommend this program to anyone. It is well worth the cost.

I was hestitant to follow through once I started the online intake but was very pleased that I did. I’m a senior citizen concerned of my health and weight management as long as I can remember and the Knownwell staff helped me through the process when I reached to them with questions and concerns. And when the day arrived for my first zoom appointment a staff member even jumped in the call to inform me the PA was running late. Tania the PA was professional and reassuring. Asking and answering all my questions without rushing the process. The end result of our conversation was meet with satisfaction and a follow up appointment was made and medication approval was process with my pharmacy in a timely manner. I look forward to continuing my wellness journey with Knownwell.

The staff is great and compassionate to their customers. The doctors are awesome super nice and attentive. If you are interested in losing weight this is the best company to go through. I've had the best results I've lost 65lbs with zepbound. I really recommend this company.

Dr. Christina Nguyen is amazing. She is patient and kind. She isn't in rush and takes her time and listens to your needs. She was my former primary doctor for over 15 years with another practice and when she left I was so bummed. But I was so delighted to find her practicing at knownwell omg. I didn't care if I had to pay out of pocket and drive over an hour to see her . You just don't find doctors like Dr. Nguyen anymore. She is a doctor you can TRUST with your care and needs. My husband and I both love Dr. Nguyen and are so glad to be under her care again.
