I I am so happy that I am at KnownWell. I have been seeing Gina for several years and when she left her former office I had to hunt her down. I am so glad that I did because this whole facility is excellent! I don’t know that I have ever had such a caring and calming atmosphere at a doctors office. I could not be happier with their level of care. Highly recommend!

Dr. Pettinato was my PCP when he was at Signature. I followed him to Knownwell despite the distance for me because he’s a wonderful physician and a delightful person. I just met Jill Day this week, she’s an NP, and loved her too! The care I’ve received is top notch. I’m heard, and I never feel rushed or that I ask too many questions. Also Lexi, the MA, is always cheerful and a pleasure every time.

My husband and I are both patients. He is doing wonderful and is thrilled with his progress. Everyone at Knownwell cares and works hard. We appreciate all the hard work.

Everyone was so very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Patel really knows what she's doing and is very kind and understanding to her patients.

Dr. Anthony Auriemma is exceptional—professional, attentive, and efficient in his approach.

Elena made me feel like I was talking to a friend. A friend that was very knowledgeable and thorough with her questions and explanations. I was nervous when I made the appointment that I would end up dissapointed with their suggestions and not get what I was really looking for. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when she told me I was a good candidate for the medication I was interested in. She also was knowledgeable about my insurance coverage and that it would require a PA which can take a week sometimes. I walked away from that appointment with relief and hope for a better version of myself.
I would like to also say that my PA was approved the very same day which told me that they knew exactly what the insurance companies needed to get an approval.

I love knownwell! I have been a patient of Dr. Fitch for several years. She, Deb Basler and the entire knownwell team are fantastic. They listen to me, are incredibly responsive, and they care about what’s best for my well-being. I can’t speak highly enough about this group!

I could tell from the very 1st visit that I was going to enjoy having Dr. Patel as my PCP. She's detailed in her explanations, she asked probing questions to help identify the root issue and she actually talks "to" and not "at" me. In an age of the diminishing bedside manner, its refreshing to find a doctor who still cares about offering "quality care".

The office staff is very friendly and generally appointments run on time which is really important to me since I normally have to travel from the city to get there. I enjoy working with Lacee Keller she's very attentive concerned and the visit is always very informational

My experience from the first virtual appointment to the first in office appointment has been phenomenal. Sherri and her team are warm and welcoming and flexible which is important with my hectic schedule. Sherri was very open and honest with the information and really talked with me in-depth about my goals and the path to reach them.
