Stay away from them!!!
I ordered a wiper transmission (linkage) for my wife’s 2020 ford escape Wednesday Nov 1 around noon and was told by the representative that he would send me a message or call me when it came in and was ready to pick up. Friday rolled around and it was the day he thought it would be in by and I received a text saying that my part was in and ready for pickup. Because they were calling for rain in the forecast and the wife had no wipers at all I left work at lunch to drive an hour one way just to get ithere and find out that the message was sent to me by accident. So naturally I’m a little aggravated by the whole situation. The representative that sold me the part offered to make it up to me by giving me the part for free and having it shipped via UPS directly to my house. Once I thanked him for the offer I haven’t been able to get any kind of update or response in regards to when it will or was or if it’s gonna be shipped and when the $158 will be refunded or if I should say. Still no reply so steer clear of these guys. They have locations al over the southeast.
