Loved the ring and the support received from the customer service online. She said yes and loved the ring design. :D

Customer Service was great until...after receiving ring and quality of side stones questioned. Round stones were clear but marquise are obviously quite milky. Website shows perfectly clear side stones. Pictures are sent after production, but you cant tell the the true quality until you see it in person. Ring comes from Vietnam, not New York as you are lead to believe per Website.

I did alter design to cathedral setting. It is very pretty. But..side stones killed it for me. I was told that's just how marquise stones are. Had I known, I would never purchased.

I requested a discount at least but haven't heard back. Buyer beware.

My wife loves her new wedding rings! She was so surprised! KNT did an excellent job. The craftsmanship is amazing, the customer service was awesome, and the overall care and communication made this a great experience! I’m already planning my next purchase. The team communicated severally about the process my ring was taking.
They prioritized customer service and letting me know how creating the product was going. My ring looks really good , I went for the Pave moissonaite and so far so good it looks like good value for money.

The band on the ring is flat when pictures on your website show it round as a band should be … the stone itself does not have the sparkle and shine that your website alludes to … I will not tell my husband tha I dislike the ring but I am

The ring was absolutely stunning along with the presentation once it was delivered which took maybe a week from ordering the ring to receiving it. I will also say that the customer service was excellent and questions were returned immediately. I will be purchasing the wedding bands from here as well. Thank you KNT

Beautiful ring. Easily customized and they changed the design to fit what I wanted.
They were also very flexible on sending the ring out, with a great policy for those who are afraid of it being shipped over to them.

From the beginning of this process, the communication with the seller was fantastic. We were kept up to date with photos, videos, and messages. Our questions were answered quickly and my gorgeous IGI Certified, lab created diamond engagement ring arrived earlier than anticipated. I cannot say enough good about the seller, and communication. The customer service, is top notch.
The value for the quality of the ring is simply amazing. The same lab created diamond ring sells locally for over $7000 CAD.
The amount of compliments and people that ask where it was purchased from is astounding.
The only reason I have removed a star from my review is that I was very taken back to find my ring shipped from Vietnam, when their website indicates a New York, NY store front. I wish that, that would have been communicated to me. Having said that, I have had the ring inspected and appraised by a local jeweler and they have indicated it is indeed a real lab created diamond, etched with the serial number indicated in the paperwork, and that it is good quality. For the price my partner paid for this, we are more than satisfied.

I was originally hesitant to order from KNT Jewelry, as I had only heard about them online. After months of researching and reading reviews via Trustpilot, I bit the bullet and ordered my ring. I ordered over a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving) and by the following Monday, I had an email from KNT, thanking me for my order, reconfirming all details (with pdfs of the ring), and requesting my response before they proceeded. I misread the details of the side stones in my ring, and requested they be changed - They granted my request, had additional photos of the new stones, and asked my confirmation again before putting the ring in to production - all within 2 business days of me asking to make the change. I then received completed photos and a video of my ring from all angles before they shipped. The team I worked with communicated with me during every step and were very responsive throughout the entire process. The only snag was in delivery of my ring - I got a message at 5am on the day of the delivery that it would be arriving, and as I was unable to be there to sign for it, I had to rearrange delivery with UPS - that process was less than pleasant, but that is due to UPS, and not a reflection of my experience with KNT. I am so happy I did my research and went with KNT - I have the engagement ring of my dreams for a fraction of what other places were charging. I have all relevant paperwork guaranteeing the work/craftsmanship of the metals and the quality of the stones. I hope to never need another ring, but if I do, I would absolutely order via KNT again.

Great product, great experience. Why they don't send the original IGI certificate is beyond me. If they did I would give 5 stars. They send an electronic file and you're supposed to print it off or save a digital. Not cool. Send the paperwork with jewelry.

Place is a scam, don’t order from here. They have another company also, same videos and everything with the same “owner”. They told me they sent me pictures/videos of the rings process, that I never received. I reached out several times with no response and they didn’t cancel my order till I put in a dispute with klarna,

The customer service team was responsive and kind, and the packaging was beautiful. The ring itself is lovely. But I felt really overwhelmed browsing—there were just too many rings and not enough help narrowing it down. A style quiz or guided recommendations would’ve helped a lot.

The ring is stunning. Wish it hadn’t taken me so long to decide.
