Overpriced Food & Bad Service

We reserved a table at Knud Hundested on the 1st of August. It was our wedding anniversary and we reserved the table for outside. When we arrived, we were told that we had to have a table inside as there was no table available outside. So, eventually they got us a table outside but we were put in the shade, where it was cold and no sun and the wind was blowing so we had to ask for a blanket.
We ordered our food and we got mushrooms on toast to start with. It was a very small piece of toast, over cooked mushrooms, which cost over 120kr. However we didn't complain. The waitress came and took our plates and we were waiting for our main course. 30 minutes went by and we asked, is it coming soon. Oh! yes, yes she said I've just checked and it's nearly there, 20 minutes later we asked again. Oh it's coming now, I promise! 65 minutes after our starter we got irritated and asked where is our main, it cannot take that long???.
She checked again with the kitchen and came back and said, I'm sorry but your order seemed to have gone missing. We were furious, as she lied and said that it was almost there on two occasions. However she was more occupied with cleaning the other tables than she was with the customer service.
We asked to speak to a manager and after 10 minutes she brought on another girl who was not a manger!
We had to leave the restaurant on our wedding anniversary, without our food. Oh! and they made us pay 260kr for our starter!!! Great Customer Service!!!
This was the second time that this happend at Knud.
Last time, we went there to eat, there was another couple who experienced the same as us and they waited one and a half hours and ended up not getting any dinner in the end!
This restaurant is a numbers game! Overpriced food and the customer does not matter to them! Shame on them! I will never go to this restaurant again!!!
