As a Developer I looked for a place…

As a Developer I looked for a place that was userfriendly where I could host my extensions that I deceloped. And Ko-Fi was exactly that place. It let's you easily host and sell stuff.

Also big shoutout to the fast and friendly support team (especially Daniel & Finn) which helped me fix an issue I encountered.

I love the personalized feel of Ko-fi as a brand and their Support Team. I feel like the Creators are heard and supported, and that means a lot. As a creator, it is easy to use the website and to manage my memberships. I wish there were a "search for" or "find" feature for past content, so Supporters can easily find old content. Or, if we could have folders (similar to the Gallery) for past video content, that would be awesome.

Had a paypal issue, they fixed it immediately.

Had a paypal issue and contacted customer support. It took 3 days before they got back to me, but when they did, they had already fixed my issue. I had a great experience.

Amazing platform with an even more amazing support.

Hello everyone,
I chose Ko-fi because of the website design alone and how easy it is for international payments and supporting community members.
Today, I'd gotten a one time payment from my customer and I didn't know I'd switched the contributions on and there was the usual 5% cut which was a lot for me and I raised a ticket.
It was Daniel who understood my perspective and helped me get a refund even if it wasn't in their policy.
(He even sent me extra to cover up for the PayPal charges 🥹).
Definitely will continue to use the platform and even definitely contribute when time comes.
