Very slick website and nice photos but when the goods are received they are cheap trash. You can buy better on any UK high street for a quarter of the price.
I ordered a set of earrings for my wife. I did not know they were made and sent from China, if I had I would not have placed an order. When it arrived it was faulty and the clasp on the earring would not close. I reported it faulty to their email address and included order number and a photo of the fault. I received a reply several days later giving me a case number and asking me to supply order number and a photo, even though I had already done so. The response appears to come from Spain as the email address is Atencion la cliente or similar. They appear to be trying to delay things so much in the hope that I give up!! I have even had to ask them to supply me with the returns address after they said I could return the faulty goods but no address was included. I started this process on 5th December and am still waiting. By the way, even though by their error I was supplied with faulty goods, they will not pay for or refund the postage costs either. What an absolute SHOWER of a company.

Earrings - too expensive and poor quality
Product ordered is no way anything like it’s advertised in website! Product is not cheap but when I received the product eventually it looks cheap poor quality. I sent email to company to arrange for a return and refund and I’m still waiting on a reply!
I keep receiving the same emails saying the same thing issuing me with a case number! However still nothing.
I have sent approximately 8 emails requesting a refund but I’m still waiting no reply to any of the emails.
How are they allowed to get away with this!! Selling poor quality goods and charging way too much for them then not responding to customers when they wish ti return the products!
I will never ever order from this company I just want them to acknowledge my emails and take back their products and refund me my money why is it so hard!!!
I will also make sure all my friends and family are aware of this company steer way!!

My recent order placed on 13 November. I purchased a bracelet as a gift for my mother, and based on the way the product was presented on your website, I expected a higher-quality item and proper gift-ready packaging.
Unfortunately, the order arrived only after a significant delay, and when I finally received it, the packaging and presentation were far below what was advertised. The bracelet was sent inside a simple plastic pouch, placed in a damaged mailing bag, and did not include the gift box or the quality packaging shown on your website. I have attached a photo for reference.
This experience does not align with the expectations set during the purchase process. I was specifically looking for something suitable as a gift, and the item received does not reflect the level of care or presentation your website suggests.

What a mistake this was. The old adage of if it appears too good to be true then it is certainly applies to this company. The jewellery bears little or no resemblance to pictures. The jewellery makes high street fashion jewellery look expensive. Don’t be tempted to buy anything from this company.

I have reported this company to PayPal.
My order eventually arrived, it's looks like a ring out of a Xmas cracker.
It's obviously made of a material that resembles compressed tin foil.
