I was at your store today with my wife…

I was at your store today with my wife and mom and they had a sale on some chocolate and it was per house, my mom bought but then i was rejected by a very rude old woman i had only bought a case of wine and nothing else but i was not allowed to buy chocolate, seems like she was assuming me and my wife was living under my moms roof and thats not the case my mom was here to visit us so we do actually live in 2 different houses.
Very very bad and unpleasent experince.
You need to shape up your customer service.
I am open for an excuse and some compensation.
