So the customer is saying that he entered his card details by mistake, then purchased the plan by mistake, activated the plan by mistake and even used it for three hours by mistake. It's a total attempt to commit a charge back kind of fraud. How can someone lie to such an extent. Please maintain some dignity even when you are lying.
