Very poor service. Ordered top several days ago and payment taken immediately.
Just had email saying card refunded, no explanation given as to why. Very disappointed firstly to not receive item and secondly by terrible customer service/poor communication. Would never trust to use them again nor recommend them.
Used this company a few times and no problems. However, just ordered some items and the parcel didn’t arrive. The Royal Mail link they sent didn’t work properly so you couldn’t track the parcel. I sent three emails, only the first one was replied to saying they would look into my missing parcel but since then I have not heard back. I have asked for a refund of £30, no response. Very disappointed and won’t use this company again.
I have sent many emails to see where the delivery is as have not received any notification apart from the order confirmation which was well over a week ago. I do not recommend purchasing from here, money has been taken and there’s been no update throughout.
