1 out of 3 items, smelled bad

The Tartar was good, so was the heart but the tail we bought stank. This was my first purchase and it shook me, because the only way meat stinks bad it is because of bad refrigeration. I stayed up all night to get the package, and it was rock hard when we got it so it is not the courrier's fault. Edit: Sorry Morten but I never received such a coupon, nor a response when I sent a mail about it after seing your response. Dead silence.
