I asked whether their waffles are DEEP FRIED. Julie McDermott at Kodiak refused to disclose the info. She said the owner L-Catterton Group does not let her give that info to customers. OUTRAGEOUS! I have a call in to L-Catterson Group, which is headquartered in CT and hope they will call me back and explain why I don't have a right to know what I'm putting in my mouth and body. I think we can infer that their waffles are indeed deepfried and are, therefore, no better than a McDonalds' french fry!

I found this company in my search of a way to add more protein to my diet. I ordered for the first time in August and really loved everything I selected. I subscribed and ordered more in September. The pancakes are yummy, the chocolate chip bars taste like rice Krispie treats with chocolate chips, and the lemon blueberry muffins are fantastic! And the adorable little emails that they send when your order is on the way is so cute, and very attention grabbing. Did I mention that both of my orders shipped the same day! Kudos to a company that isn't blaming Covid on shipping delays!
