Great products. Terrible customer service and marketing promotions that aims to scam without clear instructions on how to access the promo. I contacted immediately to get the freebie added to my order but I was refused. Instead offered a code to add to a future order, forcing me to spend more money within 3 months after I’d just completed a bulk order. The deal should have been honoured in good faith due to lack of transparency on your part. I even asked for a screenshot of the instructions but was not provided because they did not exist. Very poor form. My last email with follow up questions wasn’t even responded to.

RESPONSE to Koh's response to my review: The terms were not clearly outlined in the body of the email. That's my point. I've emailed you directly with a screen shot of the original email and asked you to show me where this was outlined and you never responded. This response is very misleading - just like you're original promo email. Happy to resend you the screen shot if you're interested - but from what I've experienced so far - I doubt it.

Have been a KOH user for a number of years and have recommended others to try the products. Absolutely delighted with the results, as well as the efficiency of ordering and delivery via their website. The latest product for the bathroom tiles etc. is fantastic and really works!!!! In just about every room I have a KOH bottle filled with a KOH cloth ready to go.

I recently bought the mop and have used it five times. It does a great job however after each use ai remove the plastic bottle of cleaner and about a teaspoon of it sits in the cavity of the mop handle. I need to turn the handle upside down and pour it out. It is wasteful and messy. I of course check each time that the lid is screeed on tightly

This laundry liquid is amazing. I had a stain on the front of a cream pullover for years - even after soaking, spraying and multiple washes it was still there. I pulled the jumper out from the back of the cupboard (I forgot I put it there because of the stain) and thought I might as well give Koh a try on it. Let some sit on the stain while a load was on then put it through the wash. Stain is gone!!! I can wear the pullover again.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER OR SHOULD I SAY WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I don't know if the system works as I can't open the atomiser despite watching how to videos.

Customer service got in touch , they were extremely helpful and sent us out a replacement order…..so we tried the product which is great it took a while to get there but worth it.

I have been a customer since 2017 and love love Koh it has replaced virtually everything even stain removers but the new Grease remover is a game Changer itlifts grease and leaves smudge proof and so happy to find a product for my induction cook top,thankyou guys

Really happy with my tried and true products bathroom and everyday cleaner but was disappointed with the new grease cleaner doesn’t seem to do anything special

After using the Universal cleaner for the last 10 years, I have to say I’m so extremely disappointed with the product recently as I purchased again as per usual. Cleaned my floorboards and they appeared worse than when I started. The floor was tacky streaky and showed every footprint and my puppy’s paws.
My daughters ceased using the product a while ago for the exact reason.
I emailed Koh and was shocked at their reply with insulting me by saying I’m not using the product correctly. WTF when I mentioned how long I’ve used the product. I sent them a pic of floors and had no reply. I will not purchase or support them. Very bad customer service.

Easy to use website and fast delivery

Really surprised by how good their products are. I’m an avid cleaner and love to clean! Having tried out the Koh universal cleaner I wouldn’t go back to my old products. Cleans so well. My oven was spotless after using just the universal cleaner and the diamond sponge. Mirrors and glass look spotless with just the universal cleaner. Toilet cleans up well with the loo tablets too.

Bought this several times in the past but my recent order is proving to be a nightmare. Order has been stuck in transit for weeks, contacted customer services had an automated reply that someone would get in touch but not happened! I won’t be ordering from them again!!

Absolutely brilliant! I used my spray bottle on the shower and the kitchen sink and I couldn't be happier. Next I'm going to tackle the oven, hotplates and glass splash back. I've never felt so happy to clean ;) as there is no streaks with those wonderful cloths.

Terrible. Left streaks, smelt artificial and didn't work. Most expensive drain cleaner ever. Very disappointed with a number of Koh products.

Their customer service is terrible. 3 emails since I purchased from them and no reply. And yet they reply to comments on social media. Their mop is ok for a quick light clean but you really need a bigger mop with hot water and a bucket for a deep clean.

Used to buy all koh stuff. But prices become too high. Carried on using cleaner (as good stuff) but got new mops, cloths from other providers.
Now koh in their wisdom seem to have reduced their cleaner boxes from 4ltr to 2ltr. Says there's 4ltr bixes when click on refills but when directed to refils only shows 2ltr boxes. And apparently canvonly have one refil per order. WHY??? IS IT PROFIT MOTIVATED. OF COURSE IT IS.
Shame really but starting look elsewhere for cleaner now. THPink koh have shot theirsekves open the foot!!!!
