Happy with it. A bit hard on certain floors

I absolutely love the spray mop! It works like magic. The cleaner is fantastic. Although I must admit I seldom buy any cleaning products. I use vinegar, bi carb, soda, citric acid etc to clean my home. But the cleaning products from Koh would be a fantastic alternative! The cleaning cloths are also incomparable to any other type of cloths; thick quality, big size, strong!
Nothing but respect for Koh’s mission: Create a cleaner, happier home that is better for our planet.

Absolutely love Koh, especially with some eucalyptus oil in it. I've been using it for years, long before all the current eco products suddenly burst in the scene. It will literally clean anything - kitchen and bathroom surfaces, stains on clothes or carpets etc. It is so safe as well.

ordered on the 6th of April and still on the 19th no delivery, had to get in touch on the 16th as still no items then they tell me its been delivered, no it hadnt then no reply so had to go through paypal they advised me to email accounts at KOH so i did then another order was put on for me, still no products and still no contact after filling out the form online, tjis company used to be top notch but obviously no longer, time to find another company that want my £100

I love the Koh Universal Cleaner. Especially using it to clean the shower. No dangerous fumes, very effective cleaner. It is very effective to clean Venetian blinds too.

I have used Koh for years for all kinds of cleaning but have just added cleaning the yellowed roof of our large touring caravan. Sprayed on a large brush it did a great job. Well done Koh. Jill

We are moving house and want the house we are leaving to be left clean and fresh KOH deal with every surface and can be used in every room. Very happy with this product and am recommending it to friends

I bought 4 spray bottles... unusable... the small rubber tube and the ball always slip off... not a smart solution... wasted money... the cleaning products are very good...

Best product I have used in a very long time. This is my 4th order and I love it all. Would highly recommend especially for anyone with allergies or pets.

Delivered quickly, great products, work really well

So we are loving our mop, it is so easy to use. It has a really good wide pad, much better than most mop/sweepers you can buy elsewhere. The universal cleaning product is great, leaves the floors, clean and fresh with very little effort. The spray delivers exactly the right amount so you’re not left with any wet patches as with a traditional mop. We can highly recommend this product.

The product was so always is, an dad cleans really well.

Customer service is outstanding. We love our spray mop it’s brilliant but after a few weeks we had a problem with the spray trigger. I emailed Koch and they sent a new one without any hesitation. Rare to get such level of service.

The price is right! Delivery was timely and I feel comfortable using the product throughout my house.

The product is absolutely fine, it is used all over my house for cleaning purposes and I am truly satisfied with. However, I strongly recommend that you impose penalties on your courier service, Yodel. I have been awaiting a delivery for 5 days so far only to be advised that the parcel is ‘At Depot’. Have a look at their satisfaction rating and you will find that they are probably one of if not the worst courier service in the UK. I have paid for delivery and I have no intention of making a 50 mile round trip to Lincoln to collect it. I received a response from Sean at Koh providing me with exactly the same information on the parcel’s journey as I provided the previous day! A very frustrating situation that I hope you can resolve for me.

Love this cleaning product have recommended it to my friends. Used the dish washer tablets for the first time they were excellent. Makes cleaning so easy.

Happy that I was provided with the missing part to my mop for free,but the huge box it came in was a bit disappointing
