Vi är en liten familj på Orust som hittade det perfekta huset för oss och på köpet fick vi med en fin lagerlokal som vi ville fylla med något. Drömmen för mamman i familjen har alltid varit att ha en liten affär eller likande, vi förvärvade ett företag och flyttade in hela lagret och vips så jobbar hon och mannen med att packa paket med mycket kärlek till hela Sverige och våra grannländer vid sidan om våra dagliga arbeten, visionen är att vi vill fortsätta sälja bra, smarta, praktiska, fina och roliga produkter ifrån flera olika märken men helst svensktillverkat som vi hoppas även kommer glädja vår kära kunder. Customer care that actually cares

They sent my order very quickly, had notification about ready for pickup within 3 days. I had however problems walking due to surgeries and had ordered home delivery. I contacted them and explaied this. Within hours I had a reply (from Cecilia) with an apology and a quick and for the customer smooth solution. Today it was delivered to the door as promised, only three more days added. The product is well packaged and seems to be good quality. This is the type of customer service that should be "rewarded" with returning customers. I for one will start my shopping here and will recommend them whenever applicable. Well done, wish more companies worked like this, the mom and pop store feeling!
