Igår den 20082026 forsøgte jeg at komme igennem til kolding.net jeg startede som nr. 15 efter 1 time og 6 min var jeg nr. 6 få min efter blev jeg smidt af linjen. hvilket ikke er ok.
jeg forsøger at ringe ind, og har selvfølgelig mistet min plads og lander som nr. 10 dette gider jeg ikke at vente på, så trykker 1 og oplyser mit tlf. så de kan ringe til mig når de er ledige. efter mere end end time, ringer min tlf, men kun en gang, og så bliver den lagt på.
idag, ringer jeg kl. 0900 og er nr. 1 i køen, og har nu hængt i køen i 20 min....det er simpelthen ikke ok.
