Bon plan, j'étais prêt pour ma cyclosportive avec 2 entrainements en semaine en soirée et ensuite le weekend.
On peut faire les entraînements sur Zwift ou en extérieur en le suivant sur mon Garmin.

J'avais du mal à suivre en course et je me suis décidé à prendre un coaching à mi saison avec Jonathan.
En m'entraînant pas plus mais avec les bonnes séances, j'ai vraiment progressé pour pouvoir faire des top 15 et 10 en toute fin de saison.
Je recommande.
