The best company we made a transaction with!

Our company has been waiting for over a month for a response after making payments for two invoices. Prior to the payments, communication was swift and professional, but since then, all our emails have been ignored. This lack of response is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We urge others to exercise caution before engaging with Komachine.

this company is a bad service company! we buying 2500usd product and the software is didnt function!
when we asking for help !they just dint reply anything...and keep on tell us update the software without any video call helping!
and we find out with expert software engineneer in my country!they are sending the empty unfunction software to us! we are losing 2500 usd with this unprofesional company!
any one who wan to buy with them please take your own risk!
their service is bad !!
and their owner charlie service is no reply and wasting ur time!!!

I got a speedy response to the initial mail to the help email box, I await the quotation for the items requested , however a working phone line or alternate phone line would ease communication with customers, I have called a few more times today and I keep getting a prompt in Korean .
