Nice packaging, instruction sheet had erors
2 problems with instruction sheet. The quantities didn't add up, and the URL for further intructions on pH didn't work and was really hard to find directly on the website.

Good quality, poor shipping
The product itself was appears good and of high quality, however was completely ruined by the poor packaging. Shipping in a box would of been better and saved received a wet and soggy messy, no condensation but burst scoby bag.

Flavoursome sparkling probiotic water. In my view, the lavender/chamomile flavour was the best, closely followed by lemon/myrtle. Highly recommend these drinks - delicious and good for you!

Okay experience
Okay experience, the products looks good and packaged very well. It did take a couple of weeks to come which is understandable in the current situation. But it came with no instructions? I bought dehydrated water kefir and the booklet that came with it was for a kit. So it says add the packet of sugar mix which I did not get. So I am a bit stuck at the moment and will need to google how to actually get started.

26/12 - my daughter ordered 1L Kombucha Clip Top Bottle - 1L × 2 and so far we still have not received it. Tracking via Sendle still says “Your order is on the way”.
If she needs anything in future we’ll be purchasing through Myer - won’t support this business again.
