Excellent service from Alex, who responded promptly to all my questions and took all my concerns "on board" . Just a shame that the delivery turned up with a European plug and no adaptor! Managed to harvest one from another item in the house so handover and demo proceeded well!

We are very pleased with our massage chair and the service received. Service in Barcelona is hit-and-miss so we were very happy that we had good communication during the ordering process and also with the delivery/installation team. Everyone was great. We bought the chair for our holiday home in Barcelona, to place on the terrace after not finding any good massages in the local area. We have used the chair around two times each per day, so around 40 mins each per day for seven days in total. The relief for the back is great, my wife found it more effective than the masseuse that we use regularly in our other location.
One day we walked 10km and then had a massage and the aching feet were totally refreshed. The foot function is surprisingly good on the chair. The heating option is also pleasant. Even with this being their top-end chair, we think we will easily recover the cost over time when compared to paying a masseuse. Overall we would recommend the chair and Komoder in general for their great service and product.

After a few years we have desired to buy a massage chair from this company. This chair is very,very comfortable. It works perfect. Everyday after hard working we let the massage chair do his work. So after massage we were falling asleep. We are 100% satisfied about this massage chair,even the service of this company.

He helped us the massage chair bring to the second floor. When he was arrived, we were not at home. So he had alot of patience to wait for us untill we came home.
