We had our front door replaced by Koncept and from the point of sale to the installation has been faultless. Dan, Chris and Harley were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We had Phil install our door and his service and attention to detail was second to none. Very impressed to say the least! We would highly recommend Koncept.

Koncept came to install black aluminium windows and sliding doors in our new extension in July. The fit and finish was awful, and they are dragging their heels in sorting it out. The list of issues is long: Trickle vents in sliding doors interfered with passing doors, handles stiff, badly aligned frames, daylight visible between joints on door frames, window in garage fitted unevenly in brickwork, silver screw used on sill caps (then coloured in using felt tip pen), scratched window sill.

Windows and sliding doors to new extension supplied by Koncept originally in July. Trickle vents in sliding had to be removed as they interfered with passing doors and replaced with sticky tape. Still there in november waiting for resolution. Widow cill on one of the windows was scratched - not fixed. Daylight visible through joints on sliding doors not fixed. Frames on windows uneven and poorly finished. Window handles not aligned and some are very stiff. Window in grarage fitted unevenly in brickwork. The window frames are black, but silver screws used for sill caps and for rubber seals in sliding doors. The screws for the seal caps were then coloured in by concept using a felt tip pen! Trying to get them back to sort it is a nightmare, as we are now at the bottom of their priority list.

We needed draft free replacement windows and doors for a 20 year old property that wasn’t standing up to the rigours of the Uk weather.

Koncept did a great job on our son’s house so we didn’t even get an alternative quote as they came - listened - recommended- listen again - modified pre production then fitted on the agreed day and times.

Our neighbour who worked for a rival company inspected the job after they’d finished and commented the job was b****y brilliant .

We’ve waited 2 years to review just to see how things settle .. and in the words of our neighbour they’re still b****y brilliant.

We recently had a new front door fitted. The service was amazing from start to finish, from choosing the door to fitting it. We are delighted with the result. Really professional company with such a friendly feel.

One day, the Koncept van was pass by, I Google this company and try to make an inquiry for a composite door. From making appointments to the door installation which only take a month. It was suprised me (I thought it will take 2-3months to wait for the door delivery).
I had spent over a year to look for the right company, right door, right price. As the 1st impression and quotation, I have no doubt to choose Koncept.
The installation terms were very polite and gentle, they do the installation very efficient & effective.

We purchased our front door through Chris at Koncept Improvements. Chris was very helpful in choosing the style of door that would “suit” the house. I wanted door furnishings which did not automatically come with the door and Chris sorted these out too. Delivery was easy and we had the door installed by our builder who was doing all the other work. Now nearly 1 year later, I asked Chris if he could have a look at the door as we had to slam it shut as it didn’t close properly. Despite the fact that he did not install the door, he sent someone out within a week and it was fixed within fifteen minutes at no cost. Fantastic customer service. Happy to recommend. Great service and nice people to deal with.

From Chris personally coming all the way to East London to take measurements on a weekend, to the lovely Phil carrying out the installation with a smile, the service has been exemplary. I now have a super secure draught-free front door and at Chris’ suggestion, a gorgeous glass top light with my house number etched into it. I would never have thought to do this and I love it. Thank you.

Chris and all his team were First Class throughout. From the initial digital images, Chris was patient and suggestive as I "flip flopped" my way to a final decision. Even with the internal blinds in the bifold doors, Chris upgraded to a new design that is stylish, practical and efficient. The installation team were punctual, diligent, courteous and above all, a pleasure to have in your home. Every question or query was promptly answered and the overall effect is wonderful. Couldn't be happier with our new room.

Very pleased with our new windows and french doors from Koncept - including acoustic glass at the front of the house to eliminate road noise. The team measuring and installing were professional and courteous. We had some issues with windows sitting outside of the new render (as a consequence of the old render and mock tudor), which was corrected by Chris and his team. One minor area for improvement: Coordination with other trades working on the property would be good, particularly the plasterer / renderer who often has to work alongside to provide a finish. Overall, though, Chris and his team were excellent.

I had 10 windows replaced in my maisonette on 1st November 2018. The whole process was hassle free from start to finish and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. The installation team arrived at the time expected, which was a pleasant change and when they left, my rooms were left clean and tidy.
