The worst customer service EVER bar none!
The worst customer service EVER bar none!
This company KONE UK. came to service/repair our lift in April and took a part away.
Turns out the part is obsolete. OK but I contacted the manufacturer Wessex who said they may be able to refurbish the part, I contacted KONE and asked them to liaise with Wessex, no reply.
Since then they have ignored numerous email and phone calls. I did manage to get an agreement to at least send us the part back (even though I didn't want that) that was in August it's now November no part.
In the meantime we have had an engineer to service our non functioning lift with no doors on!
I even wrote to the UK CEO but to date two weeks later, no reply.
All the time we are paying for a maintenance contract. It's hard to believe a company of this size can behave like this.
If you have any choice (We don't due to our location), AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE)
