Poor customer experience
I like their products, but it's so disappointing with the customer service. I ordered a snow pant for my daughter, because I'd like to get the additional 15%off so I picked another two products, and I paid EUR 15 for the order just because I think it's worth it. Then, they didn't notify me first and ship the rest of two products without the snow pant to me. I would not make the order for these two items and paid the high shipping fee if I knew that. Additionally, the shipped items could not be delivered because UPS contacted them to request additional info for custom clearance on Aug 6th, but no update until now from them.

The worst customer service ever, my order was lost three weeks ago by the carrier, I was not yet refunded, nobody is responding to my emails. Be very careful if you order online, or better yet just avoid it

Your products in the milk tank fabric are al a different colour.
You have to make sure That the fabric is the same colour.

My favorite children's brand
Konges Slojd is my favorite children's clothing brand. Everything is so lovely. The design is simply adorable and the material used is always trustworthy. It's not on the cheap side but all considered it's very good value. I wish I could buy them all :)
