Never subscribe to Konnect Broadband Not worth it...
Very useless piece of company with zero care for their job, customer care is useless and the technicians are worse liars, saying they will be there and postponing for 2 weeks straight. Going forward i would rather use snail wifi than be associated with them useless broadband where customer service lie until they either dont pick your calls or they laugh when you call them knowing you already paid up .

Does anyone ever use this internet seamlessly. So many issues with disconnection and the customer service does not help at all. You call and they will audaciously activate flight mode to hang up from you.This is the second time my subscription is going into a waste with no visible signs of getting help from them.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, if there was an option of zero star rating I would give you a hundred times. You don't qualify to be an internet service provider anywhere in Kenya. Poor response from your team, and many are the times that they'll hang up on you.

My company had a call at approx 12.45pm today (11/1/2024) from one of the telesales people from Konnect and I suggest they listen to the call as we advised them approx 10 times nice and politely that none of their services was of interest currently but yet they pushed and pushed more than we have ever known with a sales call! PLEASE PLEASE KONNECT LISTEN TO THE CALL AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO BE A LOT LESS PUSHY! It was put me off ever using them in the future!

Do not use this company, my father paid for a trial in August and still not received the link to add preferences despite chasing numerous times. Now chasing multiple times for a refund. They are apparently shocked I haven’t received it yet. Their customer service is awful.

Purchased this internet in Tanzania. The company made a lot of promises. The internet is absolutely worthless. It claims to speed UP TO 75mbs or 100mbs. That is the catch speeds up to mean the speed will be about 1 to 2mbs. Total trash and the repairs and promises are lies. Don't waste your time and money on this worthless product.

Do not use - they are awful.
Absolutely awful. it only worked part of the day and although the engineer came back many times they could not get it to work properly. In my view the product is not fit for purpose. I still do not have my money back either as you have to send the modem, back to Holland using a useless courier and this has turned up back at my property.
They wont accept complaints over the phone either.
