My cat refused to touch the new food
My cat refused to touch the new food. I gave him three of the tins on three separate days and each time he refused to even taste them. I was very disappointed, as I had hoped to introduce him to healthy cat food. I will donate the other seven tins to a cat shelter. It is not Kookut's fault; my cat is a picky eater.

Thank you so much for trying our food! We're sad to read your cat wasn't convinced when trying our discovery kit, but we appreciate your trust in sampling our recipes and your feedback.
Our wet recipes are made with natural ingredients, low processing and no additives or flavoring. Cats are creatures of habits and it can sometimes be difficult for them to switch quickly to our recipes depending on their current diet.
We suggest to slowly and gradually transition by mixing our food with their previous food, so your cat can get used to the new flavor and texture.

Box ended up breaking
Received my order of 1 1.5kg dry food bad and 20 can of wet food in a too big box wich ended up getting partially destroyed during delivery, the delivery person was very helpfull and checked that everything was there.
What happened is that the cans where not stuck and while they were moving they destroyed the too big and not very solid box.
I would love to buy more food from them as my cat love it but please get appropriately sized box or add packing peanuts anything so that the can don't move so much during transport and destroy the box ! i was lucky that nothing was missing!!

We are very sorry to hear that you received a broken box this time. We are trying to adapt box sizes as much as possible to their content but it is sometimes challenging as we receive so many types of orders and can only use a limited number of box shapes. The box that was used is normally suited for medium weight shipment (less than 5kg for this order) and we try to avoid using beans to reduce waste.
