I ordered a house sign with my 2 dogs and it is amazing! Good quality metal and looks just like my 2 dogs. Will order from them again, highly tecommend. Customer service is very responsive too.

They are not a company based in the US. I ordered an address sign from them for a Mother's Day gift, and it showed that it shipped. However, it ended up in a totally different State. Koolezt told me they would try to get the customer to send it back to them and then forward it to me. Then, a week later, I received a package that was supposed to go to another customer. I reached out to customer service, and they asked me to send it to the correct address. I told them I would as long as I still received my sign, and they agreed. They also agreed to refund me the money for my time to take care of their shipping issues. Now they are saying they will not create a new sign for me, and are going back on their word. Yes, it states in the email conversations that they would resend me a sign. I would not do business with this company, especially since they are not honest.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Dozens of orders were mislabeled and sent out. This company responded by sending address of the correct recipient and we had to get it mailed out. The package I got even had the wrong address so I had to contact that person and get his proper address. That was over 10 days ago. I still do not have my order. No way to reach a human- no phone members! Just got an email blaming the late delivery on bad weather. USPS tracking has it in CA for over a week. No bad weather done there. Be very careful ordering from this company
