Placed two orders with in 15 minutes of each other, got one order in 5 days. The other order I haven’t gotten it’s been 6 weeks I’ve sent two emails stating I still haven’t received it. They got back to me saying it was lost in transit but if that were true I’d have gotten a tracking number when they gave it to the post company

I honestly wish I could give less stars. Do not waste your money on this scam. Claimed package was lost in transit and said they’d send another out. Never turned up and my emails were ignored. Reported to trading standards

I ordered from them with 4-7 day shipping. Never received the product despite their customer service promising it would be here by weeks end (last week). I’ve asked for a refund and have been ignored. It’s hard for me to believe this is a legit company.

If it would let me i would have rated it 0 stars, I ordered mine through amazon, it tasted disgusting, was very bitter and not smooth as advertised, I couldn't taste any chocolate or caramel as advertised either, it tasted cheap and nasty, I don't belive it was kopi luwak instead some cheap coffee passed off as this, no way was it worth the money I paid for it, I have had cheap instant coffee that tasted better, I got it next day delivery from amazon, received it today (27.1.26) and the expiration date on it is 1.4.26 which tells me it definitely isn't fresh coffee and has probably been lying around somewhere for a long time.

Money gone, nothing was delivered. Scam shop.

Exactly as other reviewers. Made an order, they took the money. Nothing has come after a month. Have been chasing them. Mostly ignored. Got one reply say sorry, now we have posted it. But still nothing has come. Will move to try to recover the money from my bank. Will definitely report to Trading Standards, as they are clearly not meeting requirements

When I ordered the coffee delivery was quoted on 2-5 days. 11 days later the order hasn't been shipped so don't waste your time with these people.

Update 1: Steve from customer said the coffee was being dispatched and I should have it on Thursday or Friday last week. Needless to say, nothing arrived by today this week (Tuesday). All's that left is making a claim via my bank once they haven't delivered within 30 days of placing the order

Early on thought it was a scam cause the web only had one review on Trustpilot but my order did EVENTUALLY arrive.
- Basically I made the order, and got a tracking number from them via email, which led to a company called Swiship, which has LOTS of bad reviews.
- Afterwards was redirected to another courier, by the company themselves via email who told me in fact the courier was FAN, which also I never heard about.
- The FAN courier provided the local tracking...but without the pick up code, because they didn't input MY phone number for the pick up.

Once I got the code I was able to pick up just fine.

It’s a complete fraudulent website. No support at all! You will never reach them! I’ve placed my order and never heard from them again! Stole my money!!!
