Usel företag

Jag köpte en klocka för ca 1700 kr. När jag fick den upptäckte jag att bezeln (ringen runt urtavlan) satt löst och glappade.
Säljaren vägrade att erkänna felet och påstod istället att bezeln var ”endast dekorativ”, trots att den tydligt var defekt.

När jag begärde retur fick jag motstridiga och orimliga svar. Först ville de inte ta emot retur alls, sedan påstod de att retur var ”besvärlig” och att paketet kunde beslagtas i tullen – trots att de själva utan problem skickade varan till Sverige.

Jag tvingades öppna ärende via PayPal. Först efter detta fick jag mina pengar tillbaka.
Utan PayPals köparskydd hade jag blivit av med både pengar och vara.
