Absolute scam stay away. Fake tracking # provided via Yun express who don't recognise it in their website. I hope they burn in hell absolute disgusting pieces of shit. Be aware of similar companies that is possibly them also.

I finally got around to opening my jar of “Imagine” body butter. Much to my surprise, it had no discernible scent. Assuming the contents may have “settled” or separated during shipping, I stirred the product up. However, much to my surprise, it still had no noticeable scent. Do I have a defective product? Or is this the way their items are?

Tried to contact the company using their website. Message failed to send despite repeated attempts to submit the above question.

Improve by delivering a product that was fucken paid for that's how, 3 emails later and they try give me a 30% discount on next order... Wtf as fucken if... Anyone know where to take this so no more can be scammed?.. and get a refund... Paid for mine Feb, and nothing has arrived ..

I place an order 1 month ago and have not yet received my order.
After sending countless emails to gain information about my delivery I was constantly told that the order has been dispatched but no actual indication as to when I will receive my order.
After waiting a month I asked for a full refund which they constantly refused, eventually only £11 of my £67 order which I have not received and still waiting for shipping information has been refunded to me.
This is robbery! I do not recommend this company at all, the customer service is non existing and will take your money!

Been a month since I ordered. Still has not been "collected by courier". Customer service is absolutely shocking, getting no where with a cancellation or refund, just keep giving me discounts on my next order! There isn't going to be a next order as I haven't received my first order!
Pretty sure I've lost my money!
