The delivery was on time and correct. The stairs were easy to put together and install. No problems. You just need to buy two bolts no 8 which are not included. I found the nails for the contremarches to be too big so i used smaller nails. I found the steps with contremarches too small for big feet. Very good company and service and product. Can recommend
