It's an amazing site

It's an amazing site! I've bought 25 albums from their website and i've never had a problem, the shipping takes as it normally would to a far away country like mine, and the albums are always well packaged. You do have to pay a customs fee but that is to be expected as it's coming straight from Korea! Absolutely love this site.

Run away from Koreanmall

They're thieves, if you want to save time and money don't even think of purchase here.
I ordered 5 albums (in stock beforehand) + shipping costs, $ 131.90 for everything. Everything went smoothly here.

I checked my bank movements and I found out that the same day the payment was made, a refund of € 35.06 appeared on (I did not know whether that could be a refund or an error, because I was never informed about this kind of issues until more than two months later)
I was not informed about what was going on with the process until I REQUESTED information a month later because the albums had not yet arrived. On January 2nd, a reply message said that due to a system error my payment was missing, so I could continue as soon as possible with the order or be reimbursed.

I thought that all the items would be sent, so I continued normally with the order. Then, on January 22nd, I received a notification by mail about two albums out of stock. If I had known that two albums were sold out, I would not have gone ahead, because the shipping costs were profitable for five albums, but not for only three.

Finally, the three albums arrived on February 6th after 13 weeks. 13 WEEKS AND A LOT OF MISINFORMATION AND SETBACKS. And now I have to pay a fee + national delivery to receive it (40€ more)

Doesn’t deserve any star

This honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star at all! Okay so I ordered an album and it’s almost been 2 months?! This is so fk’d up even my other things I ordered online arrived within 2 weeks 🤦‍♀️ Upgrade ur game m8 I’m so mad smh I only went on this website because it was one of the most recommended ones for buying albums but as I checked the reviews it was a different story.. first and last time I’m ever shopping here

Irresponsible

Don't be blinded by the lower prices. This is the worst website ever. A lot of shipping delays and products are not wrapped properly. If you ask for a refund for damaged products, they don't give you back your money, and they just offer you K-money, which can only be used on their website. They have deceived people into thinking they are receiving pre-ordered albums with pre-order bonuses when in fact they are only receiving the normal ones. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR MONEY TO GO TO WASTE.

Has their faults.

I had a great experience with koreanmall my first 2 packages. They were sent out within a week or so and then arrived to me in around 5 days. Nothing was damaged and nothing missing. However I'm at my third order now, and since I had good experience with them before I trusted them again. Well.. It's been almost 1 and a half month. And they keep posting videos on youtube when they ship out packages that were just placed. Ehm..? Why is my order not shipped that was placed over a month ago but orders place a week ago is being shipped out? I truly don't understand. I'm sure I won't even receive my package with the right items anymore.

Dont was your time on the website

Don't waste your time on this website. Tried purchasing 2 albums recently and added both to my cart. Was about to pay for it but the website suddenly said it was sold out. Tried purchasing the CD option only and was about to pay, when the same thing happened. UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT

Don't waste your time there

Guys, don't waste your time on this site. My order was made nearly 2 months ago but haven't received my items. Emailed them 3 times already but never heard back. Wish me luck on getting a refund. Regretted I didn't see the review before purchasing. Worst online shopping experience ever. I wouldn't recommend anyone to shop there.

Amazing website

Amazing website, I've order from them more then 5 times and 4/5 time the package arrived in less the two weeks even when it is pre-order albums and I live in the US. The other time it took them 1 month but it understandable since it was pre-order albums. One time they gave me the wrong version of a album (DOTS album) and they refunded me right away but still let me keep the album. Another time they forgot a poster but they gave me 10 k-money for that which really helps for shipping. Also when they realize a item is out of stock they refund you money right away which is saddening but I'm thankful for them doing it so quickly. Customer service is a bit finicky but it's understandable since they're all in Korea and must all speak Korean,but it seems like there're trying there best. Overall the website is extremely cheap and I really like it

THERE IS NO FREE SHIPPING ITS ALL A LIE

I bought an album,stickers,and a bts smart pack. I was looking through the shipping part but I had to pay $18 just for shipping, and that's the cheapest I could find..REALLY?! Free shipping who? That's just lying to the costumer online

although Koreanmall has bad experience now and we are still improving our entire system. Our logistics team is carefully examined each matter of our customers. Now we do have free shipping in the way and do not miss it :)

Poor CS

They don't update you with the specific whereabouts of your orders. It took me 20 days to ask them on why my items are still on process. Since 20 days is a big no no for me I opted to get a refund. I wasted 20 days of waiting. Bad customer service don't be fooled with the prices and free shipping.

Would not order again

It took two months for them to ship my package (and then 2 weeks to arrive which was okay). However, I pre-ordered an album that should've been first press but I ended getting a later edition (with different items inside). Emailed them with pictures but got ignored.

I thought I would try them despite bad reviews, but now I regret it.

Korean Mall is so cheap! and i love it, but their customer service sucks because its only person and im being ignored, because korean mall has been leaving out items i pay for and im getting annoyed. so im being ignored for having an issue. please dont use korean mall unless you want to waste your money on things youll never get, then dont buy from here

Overall good, but bad customer service

I've ordered from them twice, and each time the product arrived in about 2 normal weeks (business days + weekends). Both times I used K-money to cover the Pantos shipping, and the final price always comes out to be the cheapest available online. Pantos shipping has a tracking number which is a bonus. Their customer service is notoriously bad, though, so pray nothing goes wrong with your order that would make you have to contact them.

I should mention that I only use them for pre-order because they ship that out a few days after release (instead of weeks if, for example, you order several albums and they have to send those to their warehouse first).

THE WORST customer service EVER!

THE WORST customer service EVER!

I meant it. And no, I'm not a pathetic, miserable person who sees problems in every piece of my life.

4 months ago, I ordered 3 different items, and only received the half of the order a month after I placed it. To cut to the point, it has been 4 months and I still haven't got my money back from the order I didn't receive.

I was sending emails over and over again, and yet I have not seen a single representative who can understand and speak English. I've seen them putting emoji and completely broken English on the reply, which I thought was ridiculous and awfully unprofessional. They acted as if they don't understand what I was saying and refused to give any refund or explain what happened to the order I didn't receive.

They first gave me a refund for this one item that I didn't receive, without any explanation or notice, and when I asked them like three times, they told me that the item was out of stock. Then they refused to give me a refund for the shipping fee, saying that the item that I didn't receive was "lightweight" so it wouldn't make much difference in shipping fee. Let me tell you guys, I've done international shipping dozens of times to Asia, and even a piece of chocolate would cost like 5 dollars to send.

Also, when I asked them to give me my money back for the other item that I didn't receive, it took them 3 months to understand the question and their answer was "you need to send us a picture of the package that you got to prove that you didn't get the other item". Right, like the package I got 3 months ago would stay there unopened the whole time! And it's international shipping, guys. You have to put down the exact product description and their quantity when you are shipping them, so go get the copy of that slip for yourself, idiots...

So yes, now they are insisting that they gave me a refund for shipping fee and completely ignoring the part about the other item I didn't get. All of them cost (just the one I didn't get) almost 200 dollars, and they pretend nothing has happened.

I waited and waited, but now I can say, this website is a piece of S**T.

Overall Good

I would rate this a 4 stars because the albums I have ordered so far have been good. My advice to people is to order only one album if you want to make sure it is safe and just to make sure something will not be in stock. Ask or check the questions others have asked to see if the item is in stock. I live in the U.S. so it came fairly quickly and well packaged (I believe this has happened because all of the bad complaints that most people stopped buying from them). I wouldn't rate it five stars because there is not enough bubble wrap to assure my album is safe. My second order from KM was okay because the side of the box was a bit bungled up. (I believe it is UPS' fault that this has happened. KM takes no fault in this because they are not the ones bringing my package) I recently bought an SF9 album (sensational feeling) and expect it to be fine as well. Overall, i say my shopping experience with KM has been good.
