The product took longer than expected, the quality of the product is near flawless, however they forgot a very important and main reason for ordering the product. The name on the back. My kid is obsessed with this athlete and is missing the stitched name on the back. That was such a long wait for disappointment.
I ordered a jersey 37 days ago. It is not here. Your company does not know where it is, and keeps telling me to wait another "week." I have repeatedly asked for a refund or simply send me a new order. You have refused. This company is a scam.

Ordered a jersey said order was shipped on January 10,2024 its January 30 and still no Jersey.
I placed an order on Dec 30. I got no communication about the order until I received an email 10 days later that the order was sent to 3rd party shipping on Jan 4. However there were no updates to tracking. About a week later, after emailing, I received an email that my order was shipped Jan 10. After a few more emails, the item was shipped on Jan 24 and received Jan 27.
