Great fitness tracker
The Kore health tracker does everything I need. It even communicates with my smart scale. Face could be made bigger for ease of reading but NBD really.

Love all the features
Love all the features, easy to charge up and keeps perfect time. The only problem I have is being able to read it in the light of day. For some reason, I cannot adjust the light to see the numbers on the watch. Any suggestions?

Some Disappointments.
Like some others have experienced, my watch flashes on without me activating it. Somewhat of a nuisance during the night.
Also, the watch band has to be the most difficult to do up that i have ever experienced. An improved band needs to be looked at. I know another person who bought the watch, and was so annoyed with the difficult band that she ended up giving the watch to her 7 year old granddaughter.

I bought a KoreHealth watch for my wife as she is into keep fit. She is very happy with the watch as she can keep a track of her step count, oxygen level, heart rate and many more important things. I would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

The kore health watch has great battery life and the accuracy is within good margins the only thing that would benefit the watch is auto dimming with sunset otherwise great value very pleased in comparison with other well known watches

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Took a month to arrive, 3 weeks later the screen is broken. Can't use it as it now has black lines through it. I expected a lot based on the reviews, but its a rubbish product and customer service can only reply that my watch has been delivered!
Update:
After seeing my review they reached out and offered a replacement. Surprise surprise, that was another load of rubbish. Despite repeated emails they have not responded or supplied a new tracking number for this phantom replacement. Waited home all day for a courier to collect the old watch, as they told me they had booked this, again more lies form this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Do not purchase any products for this company, I purchased a watch and when I got it the watch would continuously flash and was advised of how to fix it but no one would stay of the chat until I tried it, they just saying the way they are telling to fix the problem would work but not it did not, when I went back to try and chat to someone I could only sent them a message and then did not get an answer for over 2 months.

I did have to wait for my Kore watch, and when it arrived I had a problem paring it with my iPhone BUT, I had a prompt reply from ‘Sarah’, who must have done something remotely because suddenly my watch was working!!! And I haven’t looked back since.

Shody product and terrible customer service
I was bought a Kore 2.0 as a gift.
Functions on the app did not work as intended and the divce would continously freeze when I tried to update the watch firmware. I tried to use the steps on the website to fix this (unpaired the device, reinstalled the app), unfortunately I now can't connect the watch to the app at all, and the watch is stuck on the QR screen.
I've attempted to contact the company twice about both of the issues above, and been stuck in an endless loop of generic emails. In one case, after weeks of generic emails they sent me two different emails from two different agents asking me to let them know if I still needed help, I responded to one saying yes and then they just cancelled my ticket.
The customer service is absolutely shocking, and I now have a completly useless device.
Do not buy from this company.
