Nice glasses. Incredibly slow to arrive - ordered 10 Dec for Xmas gifting. Didn’t arrive until well afterwards.

Bought as a gift for my son. He loves it - very unique.

delivery took 29 days missed Christmas had to buy an alternative present. Communication not good, emails asking for updates unanswered.

Wish I came across this review page before placing order with Kori Whiskey. After placing an order, I never received email on order confirmation - which feels highly spammy. And when the order finally arrived after ages, some items were damaged. I paid extra for shipping insurance and till now still no reply from the store regarding any refunds. Product actually looks quite cheap for the pricing.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed a high-value order on 29 November 2025, which has still not arrived. After refusing my cancellation request (made within 24 hours of purchase), customer service stopped responding to my emails entirely.

The most concerning part is the logic of their 'return policy'. I was told I couldn't cancel and must wait to return the item for a refund. However, their policy is 30 days, and it has now been over 30 days without the item even being delivered. How am I expected to return a product I haven't received? I strongly advise others not to support this company.

I ordered two glasses from this company on 10th of December. I emailed them on 15th December to ask where the order was as there was no tracking information available. After reading reviews on Trustpilot I emailed them on 16 Dec to cancel the order. The glasses were delivered on 2nd January despite my cancellation. I have emailed them 4 times now and have received no response at all.
The glasses are absolutely dreadful - tiny, thin and nothing like the pictures on their website. They are definitely not handmade - appear to be factory made in China. I would not even use them myself let alone gift them as was the intention.
I am asking them for a refund as they state on their website they will refund if not satisfied, but I am not holding out any hope on this.

The glasses were too small. Felt it quite too light for a whiskey glass

Expected more quality compared to the price. Furthermore all wood boxes were broken although the packaging was really well which shows low cost wood is being used for boxes.

However the glasses have a pretty design

Ordered on 12-11. Glasses nowhere to be seen. I live in Phoenix. Arrived in LA. Shipped to Wisconsin for some reason. Now on Jan 2 in transit to who knows where. Disputed with credit card company. Quick to give me a credit. Tells me the credit card company has a lot of experience with the company. Had tried to resolve with company. Sent message. No response. Not a company to do business with.

Shocking. I never got my order and they never responded. Do not use them!!! They also use some kind of encrypted emailing system whereby all of the emails get deleted after a period of time.

Very poor quality. Very small size of the glasses and looks very fake. It has nothing to do with what it looked like at the internet page.

2 issues

1. Massively overpriced. The glasses have good design, but are smaller than what is percieved or what usual glass sizes are, and also much lighter. Seem like low quality for the price charged. in INR, they are not worth moreb than 500 per piece

2. Huge delay in shipment. Mine took 32 days to reach

Took nearly a month to arrive so became a late gift. It was smaller & the glass much thinner than I expected. Overall, a little disappointed.

The "handmade" Japanese glasses appear to be mass produced Chinese glasses. They took a month to get here and needless to say I'm gutted. The only thing premium was the price.

If there was a minus 5 - star rating, they are lucky to receive that.

This is a SCAM company. They take your money and send you bogus tracking information. I am filing a complaint against this company.

I cancelled this order shortly after purchasing it, having read the reviews. The company refused to cancel and insisted on shipping it anyway, assuring me that I could return it once it arrived.

When it did arrive, it was extremely disappointing.

Despite being marketed as a Japanese whisky glass, it was shipped from China. The glass itself is very thin, lightweight, and feels cheap and low quality. Nothing about it feels premium or suitable for a proper whisky glass. The wooden box is equally poor, made from very cheap wood and looks unpleasant and poorly finished.

To make matters worse, their website instructs customers to email for return details. I have emailed three times and received no response whatsoever. The only emails I have received are automated messages asking me to leave a review.

Poor quality, misleading product description, and non-existent customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

It is a little small, more like a shot glass.

These are cheap and flimsy glasses ! Don't be fooled by the descriptions and photos. They took weeks to arrive. They kept on sending shipping updates which said nothing . I have returned them to China and it has cost me to do so. I have also had to fill in extensive forms for China customs to include detailed codes for the products. I am still waiting on my refund.

Really pleased with the 2 beautiful boxed glasses which arrived within 16 days in December, well packaged and presented. So pleased to have ignored the negative reviews, definitely not my experience, would recommend, lovely quality and the recipients were delighted!
