WARNING

WARNING! AVOID AT ALL COST!

Would not even have awarded this company 1 star.

Purchased a healthy tracker ring off here which was wildly in accurate. Have attempted a refund and so far no luck. Company is completely ignoring time request and copy and pasting responses back to me. Do need t buy anything from this company!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered a smart ring late Christmas eve but a couple of hours later after reading real reviews instead of their fake ones, I decided to cancel the order. I was told I couldn't cancel as it had already been shipped and I would incur a intercept charge to stop the parcel!! After receiving the item today I contacted the merchant for the return address as per their instructions. I am now being bribed into keeping it by offering me 5% refund and being told I will have to pay £30 plus 15% re stocking fee plus pay for the return costs including export customs costs. This is outrageous I have never known such rubbish in all of my life no reputable company would ask such a thing. Its threatening and bribery using losing money to scare people. This company needs looking into and stopping. I will be taking further steps to stop them from doing this. I intend to go to trading standards and the government plus notify my bank. Please dont buy anything fr9m this terrible company.

SCAM!!! Stay clear

Not sent what was advertised. Total scam site. Please don’t use or part with any money. Trying to get a refund is impossible. I would have given them a zero star.

Bought telescope

Bought telescope , recommended as a Best Buy from I assume an associated web site. What arrived is absolute trash. Can’t get a clear image through scope. Don’t use this company.

Don't expect anything but lies and fake customer service

Bought AI photo chromic glasses as a surprise for my hubs, checked out the website before to see returns info, nothing regarding fees to be charged and was a decent amount of time to be returned after receiving with a Germany based address. Checked that out with parcel compare to return and 5 day international tracked return with royal mail was just over £7.90. The parcel turned up, the box was unwrapped , the glasses had smears on so looked like they were a restocked pair that had been shipped out. My hubs said he would never use them so I emailed straight away to say I want to return them. "Linda" emailed back
"If you insist on returning the item and requesting a refund, please note the following:

1. Order cancellations due to non-quality issues will incur a 30 GBP initial shipping fee + 15% re-warehousing fee, and we will not provide return labels;

2. Our return address differs from the address on the package. We only accept the return address we provide. If you send the package to another address, we will be unable to receive it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return the item without prior permission.

There is nothing stating the £30 charge and there is a Germany address to return it to on their website.

"Linda" emailed me to firstly say that the glasses had been confiscated at customs, they clearly hadn't as I had them in my possession and wanted to send them back, then another email saying they were willing to send me out another pair!! I was getting no where with getting my refund, they have sent another pair of glasses, they don't connect to the WiFi and have very little transfer rate and storage. Really disappointed with them. If you're after AI glasses save up and buy a quality pair and avoid this shop at all costs.

This is a con

This is a con, the camera does not match what it states, the non branded box it came in stated 75 mp, website stated 56 mp, at best it is 12 mp. It is also not 4K, it's not even DVD quality. It is also not branded, just cheap rubbish from China. I hope you read this before purchasing from Korons. They have been very unhelpful and I can clarify other comments re 5% refund offer and ridiculous charges deducted if returning, plus having to return to China not Germany as listed on the website.

Disgusting and will report everywhere I possibly can.

Do not buy.

Drains phone batterry. All results are wrong. Do not buy. It feels so cheap and nasty. Even the charging case is cheap crap.

Stay away from these SCAMERS!!! They don't want to refund my money for a rubbish and faulty product which is 5 times more expensive than are sold elsewhere. I don't have words to describe what they are putting me through...

Takes an age, aggressive about returns.

Bought from an online rating site, big mistake.
Takes an age to arrive, almost 6 weeks, so missed required date for gift.

Asked for returns (all coms say Korons UK) is massively aggressive, charging £30 admin fee £20 restocking fee, you pay carriage back to Hong Kong and likely duty & tax on delivery, in other words don’t bother.

Can’t comment on the product as it’s still in the box, but any company that sells into the UK should have a reasonable returns policy, this returns policy says the company does not care about its customers
, so probably don’t care about the product

Simply avoid.

Avoid like the plague

Avoid like the plague.
Took over three weeks to arrive no delivery update. Poor customer service and difficult to get a full refund. You don't return to the retailer it has to be sent back to country of origin. In this case it was China and was told there was a minimum £30 return charge plus 15% reshelving cost plus import charge. Not worth the hassle to get back possibly less than 50% of the cost of the item.will not buy from Korons again complete scam.
