Never again!

Allegedly you buy a voucher and it gets delivered immediately with no additional hassle.
After the order, surprise, I need to provide my personal data and documents to verify them. Not that this could have been mentioned before the order was placed.

Their email said: "Verification is not obligatory, but it is the only way to get your order approved." So I asked for a refund which they now tell me isn't possible, because I used the wrong payment method, which is of course nonsense. If they have the money, they can refund it - if they want to.

I'm done with Korsit.

PS: I just got an identical product from a different provider and on a different website and got the delivery within minutes. No document verification and no hassle at all.

EDIT (13 Jan '22): I'd like to clarify: Even if the payment method I chose (cryptocurrency) does not offer a direct way for a refund, it is still very much possible to simply ask me (they know my email address after all) for a bitcoin address to send the refund to - even if it's minus the transaction fees. It's definitely possible and only depends on their willingness.

We have reviewed your case. After looking into your history we have decided to deliver the orders that were under review. You have been blocked now from making any future purchases as your accounts were flagged for suspicious behaviour.

Were you to ignore this block and make new orders they can't be delivered. This goes for all associated accounts, and any future ones. Depending on the payment method no money can be refunded. This is a lifetime ban.

Dundle /KorsIT, where are my orders or refunds?

Give me my orders or my refunds Dundle or KorsIT, I purchased a voucher and they took my payment but didn't deliver my voucher. I had to contact them and only after rigorous back and forth with a customer agent did they send me an email with a refund completed reply. But as yet that refund has not been returned to me. Guess what, I placed the exact same order today and yup you guessed it, exactly the same thing has happened. No order and no confirmation of any refund. Two consecutive days! There live chat was supposed to be available at 9am CET time and yep surprisingly they're not online. Where are my two orders and if not then where are my two refunds??

So Dundle /KorsIT say they want to resolve the problem, let's see if they do and how they go about it. I will keep you posted on the outcome, facts are though that I payed for two orders and none have been delivered, nor has any refund been given back to my account. I want my orders Dundle, not refunds.
Yesterday I tried speaking with your customer care team and that was the worst experience ever. Feel free to share that chat history here Dundle and let others decide how my experience was. Then again today another failed order, yet my payment was taken and no refund advice or anything from you. Just send me my orders that I've already payed for please.
It's that simple, and if you can't then refund me immediately.
The following advice was on Dundle website this afternoon and is still current.....

Unfortunately the chat is closed due to the amount of messages. We are unable to handle these at the moment. Our apologies for the inconvenience and please use one of our other support channels.'....
Customers obviously you can decide for yourself.

Hey Dundle, it's been a few hours since you responded here. How about you just email me my orders and I will remove this post. Seems fair don't you think? Or do you need longer to find my orders. You certainly don't need longer to find my payment, it's in your bank account.

Update =As expected the Dundle /KorsIT response here was a generic reply and absolutely no contact from them regarding my orders or refunds.
No reply from Dundle /KorsIT!! I've sent multiple emails before and after their generic response here, they respond here to make themselves look good but the fact is they do not care about customers. Please do not purchase from this company until they email me my orders, or refund them back to me. Word of warning buyers!

Update. KorsIT has my money in their bank yet I have no order or any refund. Please don't use this site unless you want to loose your money people.

Due to an increase of customers we are currently having trouble to keep up with the amount of inquiries. We ask for you patience as we try to resolve all incoming issues within 1-2 days.

We understand that there is some confusion about what happened to your payment. We have not received your payment. It may still be "reserved" or "pending" by your credit card company. 

However, as the authorization process between us and your credit card company has failed, it remains reserved for the time being. 

So, you will either receive a full refund within 48 hours or the pending payment will be removed and you will not be charged at the end of the month. 

If the amount is wrongly charged at the end of the month, it is best to contact your credit card company. We have not received the money and cannot reverse the process.

IT'S A SCAM

I purchased a video game gift card, the order bounced for some reason in their system, and they said they would refund me the money. I never got the refund...

They try to look like a legit company but they're not. Their Facebook Page is filled with complaints about scams as well.

I have also been scammed for €52,68…

I have also been scammed for €52,68 approx £49 ... I was selling a piece of furniture to a lady which supposedly sent me the money ( sent receipt then cancelled payment) for insurance via UPS silly me clicked on the link that said Dundle insurance but in actual fact after me paying the receipt on PayPal was Korsit I immediately got PayPal to stop it but they allowed payment to go through because I purchase a gift card NOT the scammer received notification of voucher number ... and redeem it ...when checking with my bank a Direct Debt was set up too NOT BY ME .. recently had email from PayPal saying reversed DD and now payment have changed to Dundle.com ...I’ve never received or set up nothing ... my bank fraud department have been notified

Online Marketplace / Transportation fee scam
You were interested in a product, sold on Facebook/Instagram or an online marketplace. 
After giving this person your e-mail address, you receive an e-mail from someone pretending to be UPS, DPD, DHL or any other transportation company. 

The e-mail states that you are supposed pay a service fee for the product you want to purchase. This payment must be made through a voucher purchased with us. It's also possible that this payment can be sent through WhatsApp. 

Please note:

We are unable to send you a refund if you either sent the link to the voucher, or the voucher code to one of the following places: 
-A WhatsApp number
-An e-mail address
-In an online form / on a website to redeem it
-A social media account
-An online marketplace chat

I payed throw Apple Pay Just they took…

I payed throw Apple Pay Just they took £19. Somthing then they said it’s somthing wrong be care full don’t put your bank detail in any online website othwise maybe they can take a lot of money from your account thanks 🙏

Fast, smooth and painfree

This was by far the easiest most pain free fabulous way to get my gift card using PayPal. I was giving myself a headache trying other sites only to encounter one glitch after another, all because I wanted to use my paypal acct. this transaction went very smooth and fast, straight to my email. A plus all the way, awesome.
