Disappointed already with service
Disappointed already with their service. They said they would send a technician to fit the new internet connection but the guy never arrived and no phone call. I then emailed them to ask what is happening the next business day and they said they were sending a guy. They call me on the day they said he would arrive and they say there is nobody available and that they will come the next day. These people are very disorganised for a supposed company. I am worried to actually see what the internet will actually be like now. Only good thing I can say is that they are friendly on the phone.
