The item I ordered was not the item I received.

A cheap replica product was provided that does not look like the product advertised and performs none of the voice or touch related functions claimed for the "robotic" puppy. I have been embroiled in a lengthy email chain in which they are unfailingly polite but do not address any of my concerns. They do not honour their own Refund Policy and I am still waiting for a satisfactory response and the promised refund.

They showing the real looking dog in the picture and delivering a fake toy, very unhappy, contacted them via email to return the toy looking dog, asking for more details despite clear email was send early to solve the issue. My unhappiness was the same fake dog you can get in online in other websites on less than 1/2 price, first ever experience buying from korstal, I won’t buy again and won’t encourage anyone, Issue never solved. At lease if you buy from Temu and you are not happy about the product they will return money. Korstal is charging double price in the fake item

I honestly think that the five star reviews are fake. Heres an example, the realistic robotic dog. All the reviews are like: OMG this is so cute it acts just like a real dog! But when I bought it, its a small plush that only barks and squeaks like a rubber duck, no dog personality at all. Also the picture looked super AI generated and let me tell you the video is probably a real dog.

A CHEATING FALSE COMPANY - AVOID AT ALL COSTS ! They sent faulty product, made me pay to return, then I never get refund... they say bank responsible for slow processing refund - It has been 4 MONTHS... i send e mails nearly every day, and they reply each time with about 4 different templates , each saying sorry, and it is the banks fault - they are FRAUDULENT

I bought 2 ssd devices (Attached) from Portal online company and both were faulty devices. Both were returned at the Korstal support request on 17 June 24 as their “30 Day Pay back” guarantee. Korstal wrote on 18 June 24 that they would refund the money. To date they have not refunded the money, Every time I contact them they keep sending the following email:

We kindly ask for a bit more time as we continue to work through the intricacies of your request. Please rest assured that this matter remains a top priority for us, and we are dedicated to resolving it promptly. Your continued patience is greatly appreciated, and we will keep you updated on our progress.

They are CHETERS!!!

This is a scam company who offers a 30 day money back guarantee on their products but guess what happens when you try to return a faulty product? A string of emails from their customer support working through offering a partial refund and then promising to refund in full and then you wait because your follow up emails over the course of a month say the delay is due to your bank processing this. These guys are pure rubbish scammers and should be shut down. I have raised this with the ACCC who will hopefully slap them with a nice fine and shut them down. Lucky I have the emails to send them as evidence for them. Stay away!

Korstal products are 100% scam. You will NEVER get a legit, functioning 30-terabyte SSD for under $250. They are tiny flash drives stored inside a hard drive case, and half the time they don't even work.

Look at all the real reviews on Amazon Vs the FAKE 5-star reviews you see here and on their homepage.

It has already been established they are nothing but thieving scammers so why is their online store even still running? Who policies these things??

It's a scam - the device could not store files properly and I almost lost some extremely important documents when I was transferring. I reported to Korstal, and they offered a 50% refund. I refused and requested a working replacement. They refused, instead asking me to return the item for a full refund. I asked if Korstal would cover the cost for returning, to which they assured me they would, as long as the device was faulty. I took videos of the devices faults before sending, as I had a feeling they would try to tell me otherwise.
Of course, once they had it back, they told me it worked fine. I advised I had videos of the fault, and they then told me they would send me the postage refund. It's been 2 months and they still haven't refunded me.
I can see I'm not the only one who has experienced this issue - I've had to go to Consumer Affairs for guidance. I don't care about the postage costs, I am frustrated that they will contuniously get away with this.

They sell faulty product. I have purchased 2 SSD portable hard drive and its automatically disconnected from computer. Video files does not open.Then should be banned selling this faulty product.
