If I could rate 0 I would

If I could rate 0 I would! I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The product was advertised as a non-invasive glucose meter that does NOT require finger pricking, which is the only reason I ordered it. What I received is a regular glucose meter that requires poking your finger. This is false advertising and misleading to customers, especially those trying to avoid finger sticks. I would not have purchased this if the description had been accurate. I do not recommend this seller.

BUYER BEWARE- TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

Complete deception. Complete rip off. There is nothing about this site and it's products and claims that can be trusted. If it sounds to good to be true it is. Do not waste your time, efforts, or hard earned money. Additionally, do not believe any of their stated order cancellation, return, & refund policies. All BS!! Once you hit the place order button your money is gone along with undisclosed added fees that nearly double the total purchase cost. When contacted immediately following a nearly 2X charge on my credit card, they refused to cancel the order and post a refund to my credit card even though if was clearly within the 24-hour cancelation period. So called offices are a vacant lot in St. Louis. Billing runs through a "shell" company in California. When they do send out a product that is not what is advertised, it ships from a mini storage facility in Pennsylvania. Yes, they did ultimate ship a standard "3rd world" glucose meter, test strips and lances for drawing blood. This is all merchandise that normally is sourced through a pharmacy with a prescription from your doctor. Immediately went in the trash. In this case, the scammers prevailed/won. Fortunately, it was only a $78.63 learning experience. Should have purchased lottery tickets. Buyer beware!!!!!

False advertising

False advertising, the product was supposed to not require puncturing your finger tip with a needle. They sent me the wrong one and then tried to offer me a 20% discount and then a 30% discount. They also said this was the only kind they had which required poking a hole in your finger. Don't buy it.

Absolute Scam Site

I came across this site while searching for classic vintage Christmas songs. It was an ad on YouTube prior to taking me to the site with the song I wanted to listen to.
As an RN I immediately noticed that this the product the woman was verbally promoting was NOT the product she claimed it was. She was speaking that the product was a Glucose Meter but the product she was showing was absolutely NOT a glucose meter. It is actually a pulse oximeter that measures oxygen levels and heart rate on the finger. It is the same that Drs use in their office that pretty much every one has had measured that way.
This piqued my interest to dig a little further. I went to their website without using their link on YouTube. They do show some kind of device that has glucose readings. However, no such non invasive device is approved by the FDA that can do a spot test on a finger. The devices that are a continuous glucose monitor are much different than what they are selling.
I then looked up their address. It is an empty lot in St Louis.
This should be reported to the state and federal government.
