Kose Trading went out of their way to help me find replacement drivers for some vintage speakers that belonged to my father who passed away earlier in the year. So they had significant emotional value to me. They couldn't have been more helpful and I am very grateful.

Untrustworthy. Delivered spare part is impossible to install, not even by a professional. Kose Trading denies all responsibility and claims that the spare part is perfectly fine.

I ordered a spare part for my Beoplay A1 speaker - an inner plastic chassis. When I tried to install the part, I noticed that some of the screw wells were broken. I wrote to Kohse Trading about this, but he claimed that all their products are checked before they are shipped and they only sell OEM parts - and therefore I must have broken the product myself. I wrote back that according to Danish law, if a defect appears within the first 12 months after purchase, the burden of proof, that the defect was not present at the point of purchase, is on the seller. Kohse then claimed that Danish law does not apply because I must have broken the part myself. As documentation that the part was alright, when he sent it to me, he sent a photo of a mint condition part, he claimed was the one, he had sent to me. When I pointed out that several details in his picture revealed it could not possibly be the same part, he claimed that the photo only was sent to show me how the part should look. He then terminated our dialogue.

I can highly recommend Kose Trading! My old Beolab1 could not switch on, the midrange speaker faulty, and the bottem plastic connector panel PCB3 for foot broken. I found Kose Trading with search, they could repair and had the spares I was looking for. I spoke to Ihsan Kose several times, he was very B&O knowledgeable, responsive and professional in all ways. Prices were very fair. As I stay in Malaysia, he told me no need to send the heavy amplifier module, just unmount and send the 2 PCB boards. He adviced me what could be wrong, how to unmount it. I sent it to Denmark with DHL. Few days after he received it, he had it repaired by a B&O specialist. PCB board and spares back sent back with DHL, received 2 days later. IT ALL WORKED, and the 2 spares were in good condition. A very positive experience and I can recommend Kose Trading with highest 5* rating. I will definatelly use him again when I have another B&O problem.

Paid top dollar for a unit that I expected in decent condition. Was packed well, in bubble wrap and Styrofoam. But when I unpacked the bubble wrap, it was completely brown from rust. Some rust on the bottom plates is common, but there were rust on everything made of steel. It is impossible to restore back to good condition. If you are going to buy from this seller, be sure to ask many questions and ask for detailed pictures. I got a lemon.

‘business man’ why he didn’t simply give me my money back in the first place, I had 30 days in which to return a faulty item? Why didn’t he return ANY of my calls? Why didn’t he return the item to my friends who where there to collect it? He definitely knew they would be there because he made a ‘little’ mistake! The mail I sent to him indicating when the item would be collected can clearly be seen on the mail HE sent back to me, oops! So I think he can forget about using any kind of ‘I didn’t get his mail’ excuse for that. He should remember however to tell his ‘lawyer bro’ about it whilst he’s preparing his case I’m sure a judge would be intrigued hear the answer as I would. I don’t even think Johnnie Cochran could pull that one off and to think that he let HIS WIFE deal with it and the baby got woken up, who does that?
Why didn’t he pay for the shipping costs just ‘once’ and return my property to me and honestly I would have just left it at that and I would have just let him keep my money perhaps he needs it more than me? But oh no, Mr. Kose was intent on keeping not only my money but also my property and I’m guessing his pride, arrogance call it what you will just wouldn’t or couldn’t permit him to do that, he seemed more intent on playing games with me and being VERY PROFESSIONAL well done Kose Trading!
I can only say this to Mr. Kose in the vernacular he seems to understood ‘BRING IT ON, BRO’! You are MORE than welcome to hire a ‘lawyer from da hood’ and pay him or her AND then pay the court fees and then pay ME and all my expenses when you loose! It’s amazing really, I would have just let this whole thing go if this so called CEO professional business type had at least sent my property back to me and paid the miserable 49 KRONER in transport fees, what a joke and such arrogance, unbelievable really!

In summary, my experience with Ihsan Kose and Kose Trading was a gruelling tortious time wasting affair. As a self appointed ‘professional’ he could of and more importantly should have dealt with the matter very differently, but he chose not to. He just wanted to hold on to my money and nothing in the world it appeared would ever separate him from it. I read recently that the popular Danish TV show Operation X is set for a come back and the production team are currently looking for ‘new and exciting stories’. Having worked for over 30 years as a Media professional myself, I believe I will contact them and tell them about this one and let’s see what Morten Spiegelhauer has to say. It could be that Ihsam Kose will not only be imagining I’m stalking him through the shadows but when he’s sees Morten jumping out from behind a tree with a camera and a microphone he might just realise that it isn’t a dream. It’s incredible really. THIS is the life SOME people choose to lead instead of just being honest!

I could write a lot more about about Mr. Kose and it wouldn't be all that flattering or favourable but what’s the point? The only thing that he could do now in order to appease me, is to give me my money back AND my shipment costs AND a written apology for being such an ass. I wrote to him some time ago and told his that I would settle this matter ‘Belfast style’. As an Irish man growing up during the ‘troubles’ in the 1970’s, I was witness to some terrible injustices. I vowed back then that I would always stand up for justice and fight for my rights and NEVER let anyone walk over me. To Mr. Kose it might appear that ‘he has won’ but that’s just how it appears. I will use EVERY legal possibility open to me. I will be the fly in Mr. Kose’s ointment, the skin on his custard, the sour milk in his coffee and that cloud on a sunny day until justice is served!
Why waste any more time talking about a person who worships money than basic human integrity and allows their pride to cloud their judgement. I believe in karma and what comes around goes around. It’s a terrible shame that experiences and encounters like this can have such a negative effect on a person. My interest in my hobby has waned recently and that’s a direct result of my experience with ONE terrible company and ONE terrible person. In the future I’ll make sure that I only purchase items from respectable companies that have a tried and tested positive track record and who only receive positive feedback on TrustPilot.

I hope that when any future potential customer of KOSE TRADING and IHSAN KOSE read this review, they will take heed and proceed with extreme caution, meanwhile I will ‘return to the shadows’.
