Good experience, good product

Excellent. Great product. Great customer service.

They deliver quickly and the hair loss products seem to work. Have been shedding less after one month of use, and no noticeable side effects at all. Just wish they ran the website more professionally, everything reads like an infomercial, which doesn't inspire confidence in what is the end of the day research chemicals you're buying .

Amazing support! Also, very generous discounts on special days. Highly recommend the site. I hope they can keep up the good work for many years.

The products that they sell are not FDA approved and do not work. I used their kx826 product consistently for 14 months and saw absolutely no difference. Don't waste your money.

Having an issue with an order is something that can happen from time to time. But it’s precisely in those moments when you can truly see whether a company works well and cares about its customers.

My package arrived wet because part of the product had leaked inside. I reported it through the app and, within minutes, I received a response with apologies and several solutions to the issue: a replacement shipment or a voucher for my next purchase.

Good serum, doesn't get your hair greasy like all others. Actually noticed it looks better already. No sides for me (woman).

New company created by kintor pharmaceuticals who are the makers of koshine AKA pyrilutamide. Got my package in 2 weeks to the UK. So far so good as I await evidence of strong efficacy.

Ordered 4x blue and white bottles of KX826 from Koshinemall. Some bottles arrived leaked, but the customer service team responded to my email straight away and sent replacements which I received in a few days. I was pretty impressed with that customer service. As for the product itself, I’ve been using for 3-4 weeks. I bought for hairloss. It’s too soon to tell if it’s working to grow new hair, but after 2 weeks I noticed all the small weak hairs on my head starting shedding heavily. I did not change anything other than introducing this treatment, so hopefully this shed is making way for new thicker hair. Time will tell. An unexpected but pleasant side effect is that my hair is much less oily using this product. I use twice a day and hair is never greasy. My only criticism is that the packaging needs to contain ingredients list and concentration of the active ingredient (pytiltudamide), and that it should come with a 1ml dropper instead of a spray nozzle.

Great product, I’ve noticed hair feeling thicker already and it’s only been 4 weeks or so. I’ll defo be getting more bottles as I haven’t experienced any sides yet
