This shop is highly deceptive

This shop is highly deceptive. The items I received were of shockingly poor quality and nothing like what was advertised. When I requested a return address for a refund, the seller completely stopped responding. This is not how a legitimate business operates.
Do not order from KOVA Melbourne. Their refusal to engage in basic customer service and honor returns is a clear red flag. I strongly advise others to avoid this company and protect themselves from being scammed.
