Polite and friendly. Some miscommunication issues but resolved swiftly.

Unfortunately we have started to receive very negative customer support from Kirsten Gunning. Sadly, she comes across with a real attitude problem when trying to get anything resolved. Our door was installed and a fault appeared within a few weeks of install. Trying to get a repair date was a real struggle and resulted in lots of chasers. I called Kirsten this morning to try and get a more specific time for a repair as I needed to juggle my childcare around the visit and she audibly sighed at me on the phone and refused to acknowledge that I did tell her about my availability beforehand. Email chains to support this. To be sighed at by a member of staff is really dissapointing, especially when I wasn't asking much and we spent to much with this company.

Great company, Kirsten was very helpfull with choosing the right solution for our opened plan office space. Smooth installation, quick process. I am sattisfied with the service, will definitely recommend the team!

The whole process with K0va Partitions was straightforward from beginning to end. They were extremely accommodating, providing multiple quotes in different finishes so we could make a fully informed decision. The team attended site promptly to take measurements and placed orders without delay to ensure the project was completed on time. We are very happy with the service and would happily recommend them.

Refusing to refund my money despite cancelling order pre survey and not agreeing final specs, and nothing in terms and conditions about non refundable deposits. Legal action pending if I do not recieve a full refund within 7 days.

Friendly and easy to deal with and the quality of work is outstanding

We’d never installed glass partitions before, so we really appreciated how the Kova team guided us through every step, from the first site visit to the final cleanup. They answered all our questions, explained the technical details in plain language.

After installation, a couple of issues cropped up, but the crew returned promptly and fixed everything at no extra charge, which really put our minds at ease.

The finished partitions have transformed our office. We’re thrilled with the result and would happily recommend Kova for any commercial glass project.

I recently had industrial-style glass partitions installed in my office by Kova Partitions, and the whole experience was great. From the start, the team was professional, quick to respond, and easy to work with.
Out of all the companies I contacted, Kova was the fastest to provide an exact quote, which made the process much easier. The project manager kept me updated and handled everything smoothly. The installer was on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything looked perfect.
The partitions turned out exactly as I wanted, and the installation was quick and hassle-free. I highly recommend Kova Partitions for their great service and quality work!

Terrible experience from start to finish. BEWARE: Kova partitions will outsource all aspects of the job without warning. They claim on the website "their" team of professionals. Well, I can say from experience that there's nothing professional about their team, and the companies they outsource to are even worse. They do not care.

We were quoted a 10-day lead time from start to finish, after months the job had still not been actioned.

We used another company that completed the job from start to finish in 6 days, including weekends!

After complaining to Kova it took over a month with many, many emails to get a refund. They then had the cheek to ask if they could remove £400 for site surveys which THEY outsourced. We denied and said we did not consent to this deduction. After a few more weeks they FINALLY processed a refund, after lots of chasing, only to deduct the £400 regardless.

To this date we are still chasing this £400, however, we are done with Kova. We have passed this over to our legal team who will proceed to claim this via legal routes.

We have given this company ample opportunity to put right the mess they created, with little success. The excuses keep on coming.
