I have only glowing things to say about my experience with Kov. Personal customer service, amazing products, positive messaging are just a few of their great qualities as a company.

I LOVE their Daily Clips and Soul Clips. I own 3 Daily Clips and I have just purchased my 3rd Soul Clip recently. They are the only claw clip that can hold in place for my thick, long hair 22in hair. I use them at the gym on the treadmill for my daily walks and they don’t come out! I will be planning to use these at my clinicals since they really keep my hair in place!!!!

I just received my clips and they are gorgeous. So excited to use them this summer. Happy I was able to get some stuff from their archive sale. I had problems with my order and customer service helped me solve the issues :)

I bought the scrunchies & i am absolutely obsessed with them! So stylish & cute. I will be getting these in every colour! <3
Delivery time was not the best, the carrier doesn’t update the tracking very often, I didn’t know what date it was being delivered & it took a while to get out to the west coast but that is not a reflection KOV. Still a solid 5 star experience, despite shipping delays that are outside of their control! :)

I bought two products from kov. One hair clip and one scrunchie. The scrunchie seems fine and soft for the hair. But my hair clip is clicking when I open it and there are dents and scratches on the surface.
I would also not recommend you to buy from there if you live outside of American or Canada. You most likely have to pay for customs duty on top of the expensive shipping. I had to pay 10 euro shipping plus 13 euro customs duty. That was the most expensive shipping I ever had to pay.
Never again!
I don't get it. If you have to pay that much for shipping, why can't you guarantee that there would be no additional charge for your customer?

I ordered the large soul clip. When I opened my package, I was skeptical. There was no way that was going to fit my 31 inches of hair. I was delighted to be proven wrong. Incredible clip, decently fast arrival time even though they've recently gone viral on tiktok. I just ordered a 2nd clip & won't be purchasing clips from anywhere else from now on.

Love this company! Super pleased with their products and the time they take to answer any questions their customers have. I have super long and thick hair and their L-XL Daily Clips are the only durable claw clips that keep my hair up without breaking after a couple uses. Highly recommend:)

I love everything from this brand. I have the daily clip in medium, large, and XL. XL can hold my entire long, thick, straight hair up with no movement or slip! It’s so comfortable I’ve fallen asleep with it in. I always get compliments on it too!
The paddle brush is also incredible. It gets down to my scalp-something 99% of other brushes can’t do, and goes through the entire length. I never feel like it’s pulling my hair or the brush itself will break.
Bonus: the brand is woman owned!

Kov’s customer service has been great! They respond super quick to emails, and they have been overall helpful!

I have bought more than one clip from this company. These are the only claw clips I trust holding up my hair. I work with children all day and never need to readjust the clip. It stays in all day! The customer service and treatment the company has towards their clients is amazing! As a consumer, this makes me feel heard. Thank you KOV!

I received my order super quickly!! Customer service was super helpful and responsive when I reached out about my order! The clip is great and holds all my hair!

I purchased 3 pieces from you in May which have never been delivered even though it seems delivered on their side.
I was in contact with Lexi and Kelsie however they are not able to refund, resend my order or assist any further.
Last email I received was we cannot assist any further. I am out of money&my order.
Wanted sincerely support a small business but should’ve gone with bigger brands that you can actually trust.

I bought a Cloud clip in March and the coating started peeling after only very minimal use. When I contacted customer service, they only offered a 10% discount on a future purchase. These products are not worth the money, in my opinion. Don't buy into the TikTok hype.

I have had a terrible experience with Kov. I ordered three clips and paid extra for first class mail shipping, totaling around $70. My order has been sitting in the same USPS warehouse since June 16th (12 days now). I have reached out to customer service team multiple times, and spoke with a representative named “Kelsie”. She seemed pleasant enough at first; but her only response has been “we don’t know anything, but I will let you know when we do”. That was over six days ago, and now no one has even responded to my last email. There was no offer to resend the order, or to provide a refund. I fully understand this may be an issue more with the shipping partner than Kov (which they were quick to point out to me when trying to deny accountability), but you would think Kov would try to make it right for the paying customer? I am now having to dispute the charge with my credit card company since no one at Kov can provide any information or solution. Really frustrating and disappointing, especially from a small company that should appreciate the business.

Horrible. My clip broke three days after I got it and even though their website says 30 day free warranty they wouldn’t replace it. They said the warranty doesn’t cover the WAY my clip broke, I should have bought the extended warranty. For a hair clip. Also the biggest clip didn’t hold my hair and so I can’t imagine it working for others my hair is very average. Rude and unhelpful customer service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I did leave reviews on different platforms because of the big waste of time and money this was I wanted other people to know. I can leave as many bad reviews as I want, that’s my right. I’ve left one on this platform. Seems fair.

The product itself is just as beautiful as expected. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the delivery time. I live in Europe and on theyre website is only one delivery time noted. I was informed of the extended shipping time only after I already paid.
I don't expect them to be as fast as Amazon, but at least write it on your website, if your are already shipping outside the USA..

I purchased the mega clip in October and I LOVED it. I do use the clip frequently and I have long thick hair. I follow the care instructions to a T and never jump/stomp/drop the clip like they show on TikTok. Unfortunately it broke at the seem where the claw piece is connected to the the part you that has the hinge while I was just walking through the grocery store. I didn’t realize there was only a 30 day warranty, but for the price and the supposed quality I would expect a longer warranty for a product that will have regular use and is supposed to be “indestructible”.
I also wrote a review on the site, but it has not been approved yet and the link they sent for a review no longer works.

My wife has been showing me kov for weeks. Finally got her some clips for her birthday and she was over the moon. She wears them more than the $300 bag I got her lol.

Products are not only cute but also work great! Extremely durable and able to hold my thick hair. My order shipped before expected and arrived like 4 days after ordering. I also felt very appreciated by the email + thank you note following my order. I don't normally write reviews but my experience with Kov was so good that I had to!! 5++ stars

I purchased 4 months ago and waited a while to give an honest review. I am SO happy with my purchase.

I bought the Cloud Clip and Soul Clip and I genuinely use them everyday. Both of them hold my hair perfectly. I have thick long hair and the Cloud is best for when I want it all up, but the Soul is so cute for a half up style. I don’t know why people complain about the price of these. $20 for a clip that lasts, is made with eco friendly materials, and from a female-owned small business is SO much more worth it than the $15 ones from Amazon.

Customer service was also super helpful as I was originally sent the wrong item with my order - they re-shipped it and asked I donate the original item to a women’s shelter…so thoughtful and kind.
