I placed an order for a hat on 11/11. It was a Christmas gift. I have not received it after almost fifty days. They have no phone number, send canned responses from a bot, and have not refunded my money. Stay away. I think it might be a scam.
This so called company is a complete FRAUD. Buyer BEWARE. I ordered two hoods from a FB ad, received the items that were shipped from CHINA. The hoods were used, damaged and infected with bugs. I took pics and immediately discarded the items. I have emailed the company more than several times at several of their addresses on their website. I requested and ultimately demanded a full refund. The 'company' is OK with a partial refund but if I want a full refund I have to ship the items back to CHINA. Why on God's green earth would I keep infested items in order to return them. That is insanity. PLEASE PLEASE PEASE do not order anything from KOVIHAVEN. You will be very disappointed and ultimately out of pocket as if they stole money from your wallet!
This seems to be a scam. I spent a lot of money on 3 sherpa hoods. What was sent appears to be knock-off items. They don't have a "Kovi" label on them, as shown on the website. The fabric is not sherpa, but instead is a cheap faux fur that looks more suitable for a dog toy. I ordered the color "smoke" and received items labeled "ivory." The hardware used on the hoods (the mechanism that slides up and down to tighten the hood) is not as shown online. They do not fit over a helmet as advertised. Basically, I was ripped off. I have been messaging the company for over two weeks, without a reply. They do not have a customer service phone number. It's a scam. Don't buy.
Saw multiple adds on TikTok for this company selling Sherpa hoods for winter. Ordered 2 hoods they arrived and look nothing lol the ads. Cheep thin fleece no way to adjust them. Nothing like the ads claim. Went back to TikTok and can’t find any of the ads. Now all the same ads are showing under another company. According to some of the comments kovihaven stole their ads and were using them to sell their cheap products as a bait and switch.
